Has anyone completed a Form 1022 - quite alot of my sponsors details have changed I contacted IMMI and they said to complete said form but I am confused as the front page says "Your details" so would this be all my details and then on page 4 Details of Change this would be all the changes on the Form 40 for the sponsor or does the sponsor fill in the whole document with just my file reference on the document.

Hi thank you for that I did email them and they said to fill in form 1022 with the changes but it is confusing so does my sponsor fill in the whole document as it says "applicant" or is that all my info and the new changes is for the sponsor.

On a much more pleasant note I got a call from my son in law on Friday who has paid for a ticket for me to surprise my daughter for her 40th - I fly out tomorrow for 10 days. If i was going to Perth I would be knocking on a certain doors and take one for the team. Alas I'm headed for Sydney ? See some of you back here in 12 days time with the hope that there is some kind of positive movement!

I just had a thought and wondered if anyone else has the same and may know the answer. My sponsors details have changed namely home address, email address and now an Australian citizen (was on a EU passport) to when I lodged the application. I had a look on the website and cannot find any forms to change the sponsors details only for the main applicant. Do I need to advise IMMI (although the Form 80 will cover the changes) that there has been changes to the sponsor's personal details?

This is amazing and although it looks daunting and disappointing its rewarding seeing some in June have already been requested for documents. Thank you so much it kind of lifted my spirits abit and all I am doing is thinking this time next year I will be there!

The dreaded Form 80. I am currently filling this in whilst the boss is away on annual leave and there is some peace and quiet. I just wanted to ask those that have already filled it in when they ask for "last 10 years" do they mean from the date you have lodged your application which for me would be 2015 or from the date / year they are requesting you to complete it?

It is disappointing @kimboslice but on a positive note @DavidHD signature says lodged 24/06/15 - documents requested 14/06/18 and AOS application submitted 18/06/18

Hi - I been reading through the threads in the past and it doesn't look like it is an option but I will ask. If not then I will do it straight away upon landing - will say hi to the family first then pop into a post office on the way home ...just kidding - will definately do it asap.

Yes that is correct - 173 to 143 visa - that is what I am doing only because I didn't have the funds to do the 143 at the time of submission but it has taken so long I actually managed to save for the whole lot and could have gone straight for 143. I will be applying for 143 as soon as I activated the 173 visa. Just need to clarify the form to be completed is the 47PT if anyone knows?

Hi - $325 to submit the 143 application then 2nd VAC of $19,745 then the AOS is $10,000.

Hi there is an approximate wait of about 38 - 40 months from lodgement when looking at our fellow PVC's having just had their visas granted up to 5th May 2015 so not to be a bearer of bad news but if it continues you will have a much longer wait than being there by March '19 as that is when I think mine may be granted and I lodged mine in October 2015.... sorry ?

I am also October 2015 and think we probably looking at another 6 months before being contacted.

I was wondering could you apply for the 143 from the 173 before 2 years are up? Because of the delays (a year at present) I was thinking of doing it withing the 1st 6 months being there

You correct it is reinstated you can see the timeline on the "Test" emails - as of 22nd June they are currently assessing the 103 visa for finalisation with a queue date up to and including August 2010.

Will be interesting to see how both our timelines work as we both submitted in October 2015. I hope having applied for 173 and not 143 won't make a difference to the pecking order. I was thinking that I should have gone straight for the 143 but looking through a lot of the posts and timings in peoples signatures there seems to be a major delay in the issue of AOS so maybe I am not on a bad run - rather wait for AOS to be issued whilst in Sydney than still in the UK. Will have my grandkids to keep me occupied whilst I wait. I will probably apply for the switch from 173 to 143 after a couple of months although you have 2 years to do it as the wait seems ridiculous.

Thank you. I have learnt so much since I joined - I was stressing about a lot before with so many unanswered questions and now I feel more at ease and confident with the help of this forum.
