  1. He holds Bridging C and and with this one there is no travel!
  2. Normally the conditions are: no travel, which means you cannot apply for B and go abroad before the visa you have applied for is finalised.
  3. Weird. How about the financial statements? Have you been uploading those quartely? Also, is the business profitable?
  4. Ok this is very important: Did you work there full-time since applying? Have you submitted payslips to show this? Have you submitted a contract between you and the business showing you’ve been given a full-time position? The reason you were given makes no sense if you have worked there since the start. (full-time), cos that proves they’ve been paying you for almost year and a half, thus can afford you and your position.
  5. Yes. If it was submitted through an agent it will be emailed to the agent.
  6. Please don't give incomplete/incorrect information. It's true nomination can be withdrawn but that does not automatically grant you a different visa, in this case student. I would consult about this one with an agent before withdrawing.
  7. There's no other means, it will be emailed to whoever submitted it.
  8. No, only your visa status can. The business will have to inform you regarding the nomination.
  9. The business will be notified. The Agent too if it was done through one but not the applicant. The Visa is linked to the applicant, but the Nomination to the business only.
  10. The nomination application is linked to the business primarily, not to the applicant, so once a business file is opened by a CO all existing nominations will be listed, and as such all can be processed at once.
  11. There is no such thing as processing centers. Anyone’s application can be opened from a CO absolutely anywhere in Australia, sometimes even from a CO who lives and works overseas. Your application can be opened in India belive it or not.
  12. Rest Mngr applied Dec 2017 but I don’t expect anything in the next 7-8 months.
  13. Rest Mngr applied Dec 2017 but I don’t expect anything in the next 7-8 months.
  14. If your RCB gets approved it will definitely be before they even open your visa application because the waiting time for the first is usually between a few weeks and 3 months and for the second one- 2 years.
  15. Having RCB approved doesn’t guarantee you the nomination and/or visa will be granted. RCB is just one requirement out of many.
  16. Unfortunately happens often. Even though it's not a rule, they want the applicant to be employed and work full-time for the Sponsor even before being granted a visa. This of course won't guarantee approval but makes the case stronger.
  17. Hi there I'm very sorry to hear but don't give up. If you have a strong case and/or a good lawyer/agent who can build you one, or support the existing. go to the AAT. Can you please tell me for how long you worked there and was it full-time? Also, was your application decision-ready (meaning you had everything uploaded including BAS, Financial statements of any kind, payslips, organisational charts, diplomas, etc)? What was the exact reason they refused? And was it the nomination or your visa they refused? Just trying to understand what happened! But best of luck in any further step you take.
  18. You mind telling me what position you applied for and where? Thanks
  19. Not really. Different case officers handle different occupations. Certain case officers handle the scientific type occupations. Others handle the trade occupations etc. The more complex the case the more senior the case officer that normally handles it hence different processing times for different occupations, for the same type of visa.
  20. Yes, it is recommended that both the primary and dependant applicant fill out the form.
