Hey guys I am just curious has anyone been refused because of not enough working hours before the visa is decided? For example if I work 20-30hours each week in my company, will it affect the decision? Can they say “why are you working part time when you are eligible to work full time? Does the company really need you?” I may change to full time next week...So scary. Another question is, how often should we upload our payslips? Many thanks! Finger crossed to all of us!

Was about to say this! Australians can literally do everything! If immi’s reason is Australian citizen can perform cook than why’ve don’t they cook in regional area? Immi can say Australians can massage, cut hair, do farming etc. Ridiculous reason...They shouldn’t have given hope at the first place. ? btw good luck to you all.

I think it is case by case. Someone got approved few days ago just waited for a few months.

My boss was able to support a 457 employee with high salary (English exemption) so I believe not enough turnover would not be our problem...but who knows? They handed in another 187 visa application just before March...So would I be more difficult? Feeling the wait is forever...

How to know if co is allocated or not? Yes, my agent said the medical check was requested by immi. But it is unbelievably fast! If I can hear a good news within a month that would be fantastic! ? It is impossible We applied the nomination and visa together just 1 month ago.

Nothing......Maybe I will hear something 2 weeks later because it is 28 days after my medical? Idk I am happy to wait until the people before me are settled as it is fairer. I am just afraid if they let me wait and give me nothing at the end.
