Hi Raul, Is an accountant letter very important? Does it make a lot difference? I already got one though. I believe my company is going concern. Can the CO still refuse the nomination because of "the company can't pay blah blah" if I got an accountant support letter? Will appreciate your reply! ?

I know that feel mate. Don't worry. After you get the PR then after a period you can revenge. Maybe you can contact a lawyer and show that your boss did some discrimination things, then you can leave earlier (because you have genuine effort to stay for 2 years). But just my opinion, not a professional one. You can do many things, as savage as you can. I hate my boss AF now but I will do what I need to do after I get what I should get.

Does anyone know about nomination (187) still being refused cases if the company provided accountant support letter, with the reason “the company is not able to pay the applicant for next two years”? If we have two 187 applicants, do we request the accountant to write 2 separate letter or in 1 saying that the company can pay for me and my coworker for 2 years? TIA. So frustrated. ?

I think it must decrease maybe after 2016-2017 files are cleared because I don’t think a lot of people will apply after policy changed...if someone was with 3 years experience that means they have had qualification 3 years ago...they should have already applied before. My MA said so...hopefully it will become true! Love you all!

I I think I did say it very clearly they are A LOT different. I only have some info for the part about how to prove a relationship is true and I DID ASK HER TO GET A PEOFESSIONAL MA FOR IT AND THIS WAS NOT A PROFESSIONAL LEGAL ADVICE. The info I couldn’t share to everyone because the agents may have copyright. But I can rewrite a similar one and tell her what evidence to collect (if she wants). Hope this is clear for you now.

We DIYed our 476 visa. We were long-distanced relationship but we gathered a lot of info to prove that our relationship was true. We should help each other! xx I think partner visa is obviously harder than any temporary dependent visa like 476. But you still can have a look about what to do first. I have never been pregnant before but I think I can understand you as a woman! Every time after sex I am so scared. We try to do some sports instead...and we choose pretty safe days to sex ? Good to know that partner visa is one of your option! Finger-crossed and try to enjoy your life. btw your MA and employer are really...crap I think your 187 is really high risk. Don't think about the money you lost too much because you have a brighter future behind you if you make a right decision and move forward!

I have asked my MA but he didn't get what accountant letter was. He said he handed in all the doc when we lodged the nomination and visa. Also, he said just formal financial reports were enough. He had more than 100 clients with granted 187 visa so I chose to trust him... When new financial years come remember to ask your boss to gather the doc...and payslips...don't wait for them.

Yes he did told us. Our first medical was done for the 476 visa of my husband. One thing more for the 187. At that time we misunderstood that immi asked for the medical. ???

I don't understand why can't they process files in chronological order! If they find some file suspicious/high risk, why don't they refuse them faster? Much better than letting someone wait for 2 years then refusing them. ? Finger crossed for everyone! Hopefully it will get faster soon because very few can lodge after March.
