    CO determined that the employer would not be able to afford the salary?? which would of been the norm as any other hairdresser in the area. A lot of applications are getting refused for silly reasons. We're not appealing as we feel it will be a waste of time (18months approx.) and money

    We just had our 187 DE visa (Hairdresser) for the NT refused on 01/08/18 at nomination stage after waiting for 22 months ?

    I87 de - Off shore - LR - Hairdresser - After 22 months of waiting have just received nomination refusal. Reason given was that employer would not be able to pay salary - what a pathetic and feeble excuse. Will not be appealing as it will be a waste of more time and valuable money. The whole immigration process is flawed with stupid reasons given to most refusals. To all of you waiting best of luck and hope your dreams come true

    Off shore is generally a longer process so hopefully yours wont be as long.
