  1. Yeah, I want to, but at moment no more job for me in my company.Just wait someone to buy equipment and empty the warehouse. Even one of my boss already find a new job, haaa So that’s your company not able to give you any job I think it’s no problem...but ask your MA what you exactly need to do to be safe . The evil me wants the company closes within 2 years after I get the visa! Hahaha!
  2. Wow that’s the best one actually i think work until it closes to be safe...
  3. You deserve it! Enjoy your life in Aussie~ Hopefully more good news will come soon!
  4. Hi mates! Long story short. I and my husband applied for 187 onshore. I am the main applicant of the 187 application. Next month my husband is going to travel on his own. Do I or my husband apply for the bridging visa B? TIA.
  5. Take a break everyone. More good news on Monday! Best regards to you all.
  6. The term ATF seems important to me as it represents “as trustee for” Just my guess only and I am not a professional Any professionals here please? Hopefully your MA can solve this...
  7. https://www.seekvisa.com.au/business-structure-ens-visas/ Maybe this one can help you? I think the trustee can sponsor but not the trust? What did your MA say? Very nervous because my company structure is a trust as well but on my RCB my sponsor was written as “xxx pty LTD ATF xxx family trust”
  8. He WAS on a student visa and he IS on a bridging visa as I said...
  9. Except 187 bridging visa. On my friend’s vevo it is said that he can work full time. He was on a student visa.
  10. But if you are on bridging visa you can work full time? Very hard to explain why the company is still OK if you don’t work full time. When will your study finish?
  11. If my company only have one sponsored 457 employee, and 2 boss (only one of them can do remedial massage) and temporary workers occasionally, What is the chance of my 187 visa? I applied last year Jan and my colleague Feb. Both can do remedial massage. In a shopping center. Please give me advice if you have experience. Turnover should be 0.4-0.6 millions (I guess). Good luck to everyone.
  12. Maybe in the parallel world I already died for the choices I didn’t make in this world. But it’s funny thanks.
  13. I had spent a lot of time to calm down actually. Maybe like half a year. But who knows which way is better? Anyway no matter what we choose, I wish all of you the best version of your lives. Things happen with a reason.
  14. And the most important thing is being confident! If things didn’t work out we need to have back up plans. I am quite ready to go back to my home town to do my small massage business as well. But an Oz PR would be better. Keep learning every day and enjoy every moments of our lives. I love you guys.
  15. Yeah that means I can get my PR in 4 months hahahaha if the processing time keeps dropping 1 month for each month.
  16. Omg this was ridiculous! Wasn’t it at least for two weeks only?
  17. I think maybe just your agent thinks it is time for health check because the files takes up to two years to open. So if you do it now, probably you can get visa approved str8 away if they approve your nomination later. IELTS and qualification of yourself was a must before you submit the application but if you did the health check too early it may expire before they open the file. But if it was really immi’s request you were very blessed!
  18. I hope every one can enjoy their lives as much as we can. Being bullied by my employer and working like a slave, I have my plan B in Hong Kong ?? if I can’t get the visa. Actually I am quite looking forward to coming back now! Haha! Collect the evidences and revenge if I couldn’t make it. Good luck to you all! Pr is good but it is not everything. Who are strong enough can be successful everywhere.
  19. omg thanks. What if I am holding 476 and applied 187 onshore? Do I need health insurance? And where can I find this information? TIA! Edited: I have had a look on the 476 visa page but I didn't find the insurance requirement, and my 476 visa was granted already, so I am a little bit confused. ?
  20. May I ask why did they request your health insurance? Is it a must to have private health insurance if we are in Australia?
  21. Thank you very much Raul. Can we say nowadays it depends of luck? ? Actually I have another question...suppose my nomination was refused (hopefully not), should I withdraw the application? If I do so, if I won the AAT regarding the nomination, can I apply for 187 visa again? But I don't have 3 years experience...what should we do? I feel very vulnerable...
  22. You can use the keywords like "immigration Australia low high risk country" to google. For the position, from my point of view, they must be discriminating some occupations but they can't tell you so obviously. ?
