Dears I got an invite last round. My point was 70 for 189 and eoi doe was 5th December. It's difficult to get invited with 65 or 60 points, try to increase your points. And by the way getting invite is only first step yet a major one as lots of things needs to be completed to get a VISA itself not to say what follows after getting grant...so best of luck guys..

Can anyone provide complete list of docs for VISA submission? I checked the Website for doc list. They don't mention to provide PCC for dependents but only for primary applicant. But few of my friends have submitted PCC for both primary and dependents. So got confused. Any suggestions??

I got a mail from ANMAC saying they received all my docs on Sep 21st and on Oct 3rd I got a mail saying they commenced my verification and I guess the processing time which varies accordingly is usually the time between you apply online till the date they commence your process.

Do we need to put previous work experience in EOI which is not recognized by ANMAC and unnecessarily provide docs to support it?

Suppose I am filing a 189 VISA from offshore or outside Australia and if the grant is getting late , can I come in a business VISA and look for a job and also will I get bridging VISA if my business VISA gets expired while staying in Australia? Can two VISAS be processed simultaneously? Suppose if I get a job in Australia on a 457 VISA , would it be also processed simultaneously with already 189 VISA submitted earlier ?

Will the VISA grant for nurse take more than couple of months after VISA lodgement???

Dears , I have a query regarding bridging visa. I have currently a business visa on which I had travelled to Australia before and its expiry is say 8 March. Now I have submitted EOI for which I am expecting invitation by December. After I get invitation and apply for PR I am intending to travel on my current visa (business visa)which will be for another 3 months once I reach Australia on the same. My query is will I be offered any job as I already might get invitation by then but staying on business visa? Also for applying a bridging visa should my current business visa needs to be expired ?

Want to ask regarding claiming more points in eoi. My friend who's a software engineer claimed 70 points instead of 65 by adding one extra work experience which was not mentioned by acs. In case if he doesn't change eoi,Will DIBP cancel his visa or will they ask him to review the eoi ?

I called them and they told it will take 3 weeks for the whole process...

Yes gave them call...and said processing time is 2 weeks..after wqhich again 1 week for LOD

Yes...it's 189 visa. But since it's Xmas comming so just wondering if it will be delayed.
