    Hi Lion, wow that sounds complicated. Mine did have complete next to them yes - if you are required to do so it will say so in your further request for information. Mine were actually out by 10 months so i wasn't too surprised to be requested to do again. I'm cheering for you too. I like your name- i'm a leo star sign so i generally like lions! ahha!

    Hi Lion, This just happened to us- if you need to complete a new medical it will show on your immi account under health assessments. Go to your account and see what it says under this section. Also the medical examination would have been requested at the same time as a new police cert- if your request for information didn’t ask for this then you won’t need to submit it. Hope that helps

    I think you and your 7 friends playing the system like this is what results in further scrutiny and really brutal decisions made by Case Officers under the tremendous building pressure of the media. Thus resulting in genuine applications for people who genuinely need these people to work getting refused for the tiniest smallest pathetic reasons whilst you and your mates well.... That aside - i'm absolutely flabbergasted you would openly say this on this forum. Let's hope immigration don't monitor forums like these - for your sake!

    Does anyone have a number for immigration? I always thought it was deleted but then someone recently said that they called to say they submitted firtehr documents and got an approval later that day? I have another friend that got PR today and my partner's brother got PR yday.... so it seems they really are getting through them ... Just not mine!

    Mine too .... but that means i am officially over the time frame by over 6 months! where as before i was just over the time frame! This is the first time its substantially reduced for DE in 2 years!

    I know the feeling! You should be happy it's been opened by time seems to go slower then ever! We will get there- i am so hoping and crossing all fingers its before xmas! I really think they may want to clear there backlog of open files before the holidays....

    Congratulations to both @pegasus and @Azzii1982 on your PR! My friend got his PR on Saturday too Transition lodged March 2018- straight approval no further documents requested. Literally dancing around so happy for him.... MEANWHILE..... i submitted all documents on Friday which were further requested from us and i am now just waiting patiently until i get the tick of approval- it was actually better (easier) when my case just said " Received" - because i wasn't expecting anything, i was able to just get on with my life... but since our nomination approval and even more now since Friday submitting further documents i'm so jumpy every time i get an email, and my heart pounds and i think IS THIS IT? IS THIS IT?.... and when its not (which is obviously every email at the moment) i get a bit sad again. Emotions are so up and down its hard to relax! BUT I'm still hopeful our wonderful amazing Case Officer will re visit our case before xmas- i sent a Merry Christmas email this morning- that should help? I MUST REMAIN POSITIVE AND SPRINKLE MY HAPPINESS LAW OF ATTRACTION DUST....(which is how i won monopoly last night so i'm certain it works) and making little mantra's and songs up to hum throughout the day are contributing i'm sure ....however the wait is still soooo difficult... especially when you see people who have JUST applied this year getting theirs... i think PLEASE JUST SPEND 10 MINUTES ON MINE AGAIN PLLLLEEEEEAAAASE! Any way- i'm just letting off some steam! I'm 20 month and 10 days.... but hey who's counting? Happy Monday!!!!

    HAHAHAH! LOVE THIS RESPONSE! I'll just let my CO know that i should be fast tracked for XMAS now hahaha! Thanks chick, me too! Yes because its all done on the immigration system! Has anyone here ever updated Medical without being asked? If so can you explain how you did it for @Newday Thanks in advance!

    Further to my previous response my request for more information letter from CO had this attached to the bottom one for me and one for my partner... both have the existing HAP ID... So my question would be- have you been asked for another medical or are you just doing one? If you have been asked for another medical scroll ALL the way down to the bottom of the request for information and you should find your one of these with your existing HAP ID. You 1000% do not need a new HAP ID

    Hi! Just received my partner's AFP cert and his bloody low range drink driving is shown on there even though he wasn't convicted and was told he would have no record! So bloody annoying - i have just uploaded and confirmed i have submitted all documents as requested - 10 days its taken from when they were requested as partners AFP took longer then mine (no why now) I think because he has that on there and its no longer a clean cut decision it may now take longer.... Does anyone have experience of this? PS HAPPY FRIDAY!

    That is extremely odd the medical centre probably had it wrong.... Here is what i did when i was requested a new Medical last week ..... I went to immi profile and selected health assessment - it then had been updated (by case officer) to say we needed to renew, i selected the renewal and it took me to a page with how to book medical- i called the number listed and quoted the HAP ID shown (which was the same as previous) and hey presto! The medical centre was pleasantly surprised to see we had already had most of the work done by previous medical centre referring to our HAP ID and photos ect. I would lay my life on this! YOU DO NOT NEED A NEW HAP ID! They just update your file with your medical renewal- its very clever and all complete via the immigration account portal you have access too...
