......goodness MR.... ......your an intelligent young man IMO..... ......surely you can see its not just viewing all you listed as ...nazi tendencies....! ......it's about questioning the the policies of those who 's ...'care'......these people rely on.... ......and care.....it should be....! ......to be desperate enough to risk what they do.... ......must be evidence enough of manys genuine claim.... ......checks are in place.... .......there are no guaranteed free anythings. ..! .......and flooding into Australia...? .......the numbers are available ,and flooding is not a word I think that fits... .......why don't they stay in the next country they pass through...? .......another country unable to support who they already have....resources stretched to the limit...! .......or get a visa....? .....when their fleeing for their lives..... .......time to apply....submit and wait..... .......if the opportunity is even available.... .......fine stop the boats.......but offer an alternative.... .........to seek asylum is a human right..... .........and Australia has a commitment of care........!

.....people can still have an opinion....vote or not... .....and do something about what they feel passionate about..... .....it's more than voting for the right party....who often don't keep their promises any way.... .....be proactive.....informed.....! .....too easy to just let the government take the whole responsibility ...and not say so....!. ......if people did something.......supported the cause and spoke up.... ......perhaps then politicians would have to consider their policies.......and the feeling of joe public to them... ......just a thought PC......x

.......lol....! ......I now try and stay away from these threads.... ......with the evidence available...... ......it makes me angry and sad..... ......that some still cannot see the harm they do.... ......by allowing politicians to shamelessly use a vunerable people as pawns in politicle games... ......that documented evidence by those who have first hand experience.... .......is treated with suspicion.... ........yet political agendas are taken as gospel..... ........mere views and policies with nothing more than fear mongering and point scoring..... ........and no empathy for the people it concerns...... ........trading on the publics fear of terrorist activity..... .........it has created a unsavoury feeling ...of not in my country..... ..........through ignorance and manipulation..... ...........to the detriment of the genuine seeking asylum......a human right.....! .

.......what is it we're afraid of.......????... ........a feeling of threat.........which has been masterfully played to by adept politicians, ........this then becomes a communal assent to such propositions ........ ........."We should not be held captive to people smugglers," .........or "Queue jumpers don't deserve to be cared for because there those more deserving," ........."Boat people who deliberately destroy their documents are just trying to rort the system."........... .........it saddens me.......These people have travelled to countries full of violence,........ ..........people are persecuted for what they believe and who they are,.....! .........governments imprison and torture their own citizens...... .........where civil conflict has torn away the fabric of society and rape and murder are just part of everyday life, ........ .........of course these people have to make hard choices .........they choose to embark on risky, life-threatening journeys in order to find safety. .......safety......not a free ride ......! .........But most of us have no idea what this is like........................so are shocked when confronted with the outcome of such choices - ..........especially if the outcome is death. ...........perhaps by travelling to where they have come from..... ............experiencing what they have experienced...... ............walk a mile etc etc.......would encourage a little empathy......for a deserving part of the human race.....!!!!!!

......yes please.....! ......spent 26 years over time.....lived here twice....! ......and though Australia has been good to me and mine... .......I have no where left to go here..... .......so yes......I'll take the ticket..... .......the children can visit me..........!

.......we all do strange things......! .......and when we are going to loose someone ......close or not.... .......someone who we have been able to talk to....often or not...... .......it can become an anxious time..... .......changing our perceived accessibility to family...... ........and often as we get older we struggle to see past the ....as it is.... .........Skype,visiting......are all unknowns..... .........it's not right upsetting your wife I agree..... ..........I've said before we must all walk our own path..... ..........but letting go of the hand you've always had available...... ...........is harder for some than others.... ............time will heal...... ............I wish you joy on your new journey........tink X

......arrived here in 1992....... ......and Australia has been good to my children...... .......we've had some good times...... .......enjoyed the lifestyle we have achieved..... .......but life's a journey...... ........and there's no where for me to go here anymore..... .........things/ people change.... .........your wants and needs change..... .........I hope to return as soon as I have achieved a few necessary goals..... ..........if I could do them from there I would..... ..........but circumstances dictate ..........and so I'll wait a while......... ..........as long as it takes...............but with my next steps in place........my heart set........I'll return ...

........depends on what you want to gain from the experience.... ........and wether you can limit the negative practicalities of a return..... ........if you want the experience....... ........prepared to look at it as a short term gain..... .........why not..... .........if it fullfills your needs and wants....you all agree... .........I would .......!
