.........carpet unless worn and needs replacing .........I doubt your landlord would just change it ........your electricity power board would/should of been checked by a licensed electrician .........a safety switch is compulsory ... ........each state having specific guidelines .......if the circuit breakers are in good working order and deemed safe ...... again the landlord will not change them ime .........you can get a tenants rights booklet or download one from your agent .........it will tell you what you can reasonably expect from your tenancy

.......if your friendly..... .......comfortable striking up a conversation with a stranger ........join groups your interested in ........be prepared to make the first move .......you’ll find enough interaction .......friends come with time.... .......shared experiences..... ........like minded views..... ........perseverance and commitment are what creates friendships ime...

........if it feels right now.... ........do it .......better than what if down the track .......but be prepared as we age ........priorities change .......a young family .......up for an adventure in a new place can have a wonderful life with a positive attitude .........accept the differences ........look for alternatives to what you miss ........but remember you rang the changes ........you chose to move ........live for the reasons why...for the now ........children grow up and move on ........elderly relatives left behind ........might become your priority ..... ........look at it for now ........and enjoy all it has to offer .......I spend my time now visiting the four corners of the world .......and all inbetween when I can ........family scattered all over.. ........having g visitors for weeks and months .........it's the family times such as christmas ........weddings and christening and sadly funerals that being away can hit hard .........try and have a plan in place to be able to go back if you really feel the need .........just for the above ........some say you should give it 2 years ........others more ........personally I'd say you know if it fulfills all your wants and needs...in less .........life's to short to be in the wrong place.. .........good luck..!

........the issue is what the money's spent on...! ........I have no issue withdrink or drugs if your working ......or indeed pokies .......if you work spend your money on what you want .....,,,but when the children suffer ......something must be done .....and recreation....whatever it is ......should not be funded by the tax payer .......address the problem imo .......not the community of all unemployed

.......perhaps those with drug and alcohol .......offences should be first to receive the cashless card ........those known to social services for child neglect issues ........more support for social services to investigate family's with problems ........address the problem at the source ........those with these issues ........not just another system to be abused ........to the detriment of the innocent

.......once we segregate a group of people ......for the misdeamenors of a few .......we create a fractured socity .......us and them.... .......Atm it's something that can be done discreetly.... ........not all want to rely on the state! ........a welfare card will be a huge badge declaring that you can't be trusted .......to make basic life choices .......wether you deserve this or not! .......a welfare card will not stop those who want to buy drugs and drink .......but it will put a stigma on others who through no fault of their own ........are compelled to use it....imo
