Just a not to say my ahpra reg was approved in 7weeks and am now on the public register. Had telephone interview for a melbourne major public hospital that promises full scope of practice.....so who knows.! Ahpra obviously getting a bit quicker...

Just to say I received my email from fit2work this evening. Check sent by them on 1st April and back today 21st with no court appearances listed.So quite quick at the moment. Hope that helps :-) Clare

Congrats on your reggo :-) Im pleased this thread is running because as lapsed ahpra. .I suppose we are a bit different to the international applicants requiring assessment. Can I ask, do we still need to present in person to complete id checks even if an Australian passport/100 points id are provided/notarised.? My ahpra just sent agen-40.

Hi all, im re registering with ahpra with form agen40 as lapsed in 2013 (stupidly..) So have: notarised aus passport, uk drivers and citizenship cert, uk diploma nursing, uk Bsc midwifery certs and transcripts, stat dec stating education was in english, cv signed by both nursing and midwifery managers (agreeing to skills competent in) they also signed the e-learning print offs. So just waiting for my employer HR to give me statement of service and complete my 5 years of uk experience. Fit2work reference page number printed off and attatched...so just waiting for nmc verification. ..but its only been 2wks. And it is easter... My cpd was e-learning and a self designed table with date/subject/format/time taken So I think......im ready to send it off..!!!!!!!! Hope to be back in Melbourne for November. But who knows..

I printed/scanned in docs. I did use the family pc...saved the docs to documents. Called each page 'fit1' 'fit2' etc...had 8 in all, including passport and driving licence and mobile bill showing my address. Went online found a free generic pdf doc converter, attatched and uploaded my docs and got sent all the docs in one pdf doc. Which I attatched to fit2work and uploaded. Then it let me pay and finish. Im not very tech minded either..!! But its not too bad. x

Hi all have just completed my fit2work application. .wasnt too bad. Just bundled the jpegs in to a pdf doc and away it went. Paid via paypal. Nmc verification sent/paid this morning. Sorting out my other stuff later this month..not enough pennies..!!!!
