Hi all I would like to clearify my timeframe for finalizing AHPRA reg. ICHC issued date is: 29/06/2018 (Singapore) 04/07/2018 (Korea) COGS issued date is 16/07/2018 According to the in-priciple approval letter, i need to provide statutory declaration if i present in person within 6month of the COGS issue date. In addition, if I will be presenting for ID check over 6 month from date of issue of my ICHC, I need to arrange a new ICHC which to be sent directly office. so if I visit the office on 21st December, do I still need to arrange new ICHC? many thank in advance
Hi I need advice, I’m trying to do my international criminal check. I have 3 upgrade ‘badge’ options as shown in the pic. Does it really matter which I go for. I’m only just filling out my AHPRA form and hoping to send it off ASAP. Any help will be appreciated
Iscashe posted a topic in Visa ChatI'm a mental health nurse, needing to register with AHPRA to work in Aus. As other healthcare professionals may know, AHPRA introduced another new rule this month, that we all need an International Criminal History Check (undertaken by a private company, fit2work) before we submit application to AHPRA. I followed AHPRA's links to the fit2work.com.au website and dutifully tried to fill in the form, but for a start they give no guidance on what format they want you to upload documents in (eg they want a scan of your passport, but don't say if it's ok as a jpeg, then also consent forms need to be printed off, filled in and signed, scanned back in but again no clarification of format) - I tried jpeg, word and pdf but all no use. When you click 'continue' at the end it just takes forever then...times out. I've wasted 4 hours today trying  Has anyone else tried it yet, if so have you had any success? I've now emailed them but wanted to get on with it! AHPRA really make me wish I hadn't given up smoking...:arghh:
