  1. Hi Sinead, Always a difficult one with Accountants. I would imagine that you'd be invited this month. But I wouldn't like to say if it would be the first or second round.
  2. You need the UK police certificate for you and your wife, and including any children who are over 16. You will also need an Australian police check if you or any other applicant attached to the application has spent more than 12 months in total in australia since turning 16. You will need a police certificate from another country, if you have spent more than 12 months in total in any other country in the last ten years. You can apply for the UK police certificate at https://www.acro.police.uk/police_certificates.aspx The AFP one (if you need it) is http://www.afp.gov.au/what-we-do/police-checks/national-police-checks
  3. The ANZSCO group 2339xx 'Other Engineering Professionals' has now reached its ceiling limit for the 2015/16 programme year. This means that no invitations will be sent out for these occupations until after the start of the new programme year. The new programme year starts on 1st July. If you have an EOI already in for this occupation then you don't need to do anything with it. You'll automatically be invited when the ceiling limits 'reset'. If you haven't yet submitted an EOI, then you can do so as normal. Again, you will only be invited after 1st July.
  4. Unfortunately the ceiling limit has been reached for your occupation. You will not receive an invitation until the new programme year. This starts on 1st July.
  5. Have I missed anyone out? If so please repost. Thanks!
  6. Unfortunately the minimum points for 2613xx are now 65. Based on that you will not receive an invitation. It is possible (but not guaranteed) that the minimum points will fall back to 60 in the coming months. Until then, I am not able to make a prediction.
  7. Patrick, sorry for the delay in getting back to you. It's 50/50 whether to retake the IELTS. You're likely to be invited within 4-6 weeks I'd have thought. Retaking IELTS will guarantee an invitation on the next round, but you'll still have to wait 2 weeks for a result, so it's swings and roundabouts really. If you took PTE and got the required grade, then the results are much faster. Normally within 2-3 days.
  8. I can't predict for 190. Your submission date (date of effect) will be 20th Jan 2016
  9. Sorry for the delay in offering your answer. Don't bother to take the IELTS, you'll be invited next round. 99% sure
  10. Please take a look in this Dropbox https://www.dropbox.com/sh/grpoeyxt4zz59ds/AADHbSoNuTBOUpNIIj-dRmQwa?dl=0 Questions are similar in all examination centres.
  11. You're unlikely to receive an invitation until May. But you might be lucky to get one at the end of this month.
  12. Unfortunately the minimum points for accountant are now 70. Based on that you will not receive an invitation. It is possible (but not guaranteed) that the minimum points will fall back to 65 or 60 in the coming months. Until then I am not able to make a prediction.
  13. I've been away for a while so I'll get around to answering all of you now.
  14. Upload again and email back explaining where it is, which section and that you'd already uploaded it. Provide the screenshots you posted here.
  15. Yes. Most likely. Get a registered migration agent to look at this for you. They are worth their weight in gold in situations like this.
  16. The cert 3 will most likely be accepted. But you will still have to go through the skills assessment process the same as other applicants for a permanent visa.
  17. This is probably a question for a registered migration agent. The stakes are too high to make a mistake on an EOI.
  18. I don't know what your nationality is, but I assumed you are British? If so, then this is the correct pathway to skills assessment for you, whether or not you are in Australia or elsewhere. Follow the instruction on this if not. http://www.tradesrecognitionaustralia.gov.au/PathFinder/Pages/Migration%20Options.aspx
  19. Have you read through this? http://www.tradesrecognitionaustralia.gov.au/Programs/Offshore/Documents/OSAP%20Applicant%20Guidelines%20v5.0.pdf

    Hello!

    Welcome! Best of luck!
  21. Ladies and Gents, I will have to do a bit of research into the latest round before I can offer any answers about future rounds. Also, it's difficult to know what to expect at the moment, because the results of the March 9th round have still not been released.
