  1. Thanks for that. I haven't seen any myself so far!
  2. Based on the limited information that I've received, it appears that the invitation round didn't take place yesterday.
  3. You need to attain at least the required score (7 for proficient or 8 for superior) in EACH band. The overall score has no relevance for immigration purposes. So for example 7+7+6+8 gives an overall score of 7 but this will not be adequate to gain points for a visa.
  4. This thread is over a year old and it's unlikely that you'll get a reply. It seems that from your post, you submitted your EOI before getting the skills assessment back from ACS. This often results in a visa refusal on its own. The claimed points must be valid on the day that you submitted the EOI.
  5. If you haven't been invited today, then I'd expect it will most likely be on the next round.
  6. I can't offer an answer on this. The 23rd March round has been completed. Have you been invited?
  7. I'm not quite sure that I understand your query. But if I am reading it correctly, you aren't a NZ citizen? If you wish to apply for a CoR to recognise your NZ ticket then you would just go about it the same way as if it was any other foreign certificate. AMSA won't issue this unless you have permanent residency or Temporary residency with work rights, or be a NZ Citizen. You can make all of the arrangements to apply for a CoR, but you will not receive this until you prove that you've been granted a visa.
  8. They haven't updated the website properly in years unfortunately. I can go from personal experience as well as several other applicants that I know, that no uploaded documents need to be certified. The requirement for certification is a throwback to when applications were lodged by post. Nowadays it's all online and scanned in directly.
  9. Welcome @sallyandcharlie There are plenty of nurses on the site, who I'm sure will help you. I've changed your thread title to add 'nurse' into it. That should have them flocking to you!! Best of luck
  10. You don't need to have any documents certifying. Scanned colour copies of original documents are accepted.
  11. Often they don't, but it's on a case by case basis.
  12. There have been many applicants on the forum whose visa processing has exceeded 12 months, so I guess that it just carries on until a decision is made
  13. My apologies for not replying sooner, I didn't see your earlier post.
  14. If the occupation stays on the list then I think it is highly likely that you can be invited within 6 - 8 months. I have no idea if the occupation will remain or be removed, and I really wouldn't like to guess. There are too many conflicting theories either way If it does remain on the list, then I think the number of invitations will be cut again.
  15. Hi Hassan, Most likely next round, but could be the round after.
  16. The OP is not in the UK, so will have to check the legal responsibilities in her own country.
  17. For the visitor visa, in most cases Australia do not need consent from both parents in order to issue this type of visa when one or both parents are accompanying the child You'll have to check your legal standing in your own country. You may be breaking the law if you take the child out of the country without consent from the other parent.
  18. These are in a separate section I think called additional supporting documents or something similar. When you open it there is a huge list of every conceivable DIBP form and evidence. Form 80 and 47a are in that list.
  19. It's so they have a starting point if you break any visa conditions and do a runner.
  20. Roughly 2 months, providing the minimum points score doesn't increase
  21. Roughly 2 rounds to wait. ACS will need a whole new skills assessment to be done to change it.
  22. Around 1 year. No 189 invitation will be received (occupation not on SOL) No 189 invitation will be received (occupation not on SOL)
