  1. It isn't necessary to wait for a request. You can click on 'Get Health Details' on the eLodgment page beneath each applicant. You'll then complete a medical questionnaire and then be able to generate the HAP ID (top right corner of you printout). You need the HAP ID for each applicant I order to book the appointment.
  2. Yes. There's no problem doing that at all.
  3. You must make contact to honour your health undertaking within 4 weeks of your arrival into Australia. I'm not too sure about the follow up procedures after that if you leave the country again, but I'm certain that you won't be the first person to be in the same situation. It might be worth emailing hus@bupamvs.com.au or calling 1300 794 919 to ask exactly what you need to do. At least then you can plan ahead.
  4. Not yet, these will most likely be released in the next couple of weeks.
  5. No problem! I just have that code stuck in my head!!
  6. You should get an invite in April. Your ANZSCO code doesn't match though. I take it you're applying for Ships Officer rather than Master? Ships master code is 231213
  7. Just looked up your other thread and answered [emoji3]
  8. Give full work history, and then tick relevant/not relevant. This info is used in your visa application form and needs to be a complete history.
  9. Not possible to say for sure, but all indications that it was around the 22nd Feb Normally a week. But sometimes it goes several weeks without an update. I'll post again as soon as I know.
  10. Probably next round, but it could go into the round after.
  11. What they mean by the police check is that you have a stepped down conviction and you must provide evidence of what that conviction was. 'No Trace' if there is nothing on your record 'No Live Trace' is there is something on your record that has been stepped down 'Live trace' if you have a recent record that hasn't yet been stepped down.
  12. Very difficult to say, they are currently a year behind on invitations for systems analysts. I would hazard a very loose guess on having another 4-6 month wait I'm afraid. Can you get more points? Maybe retake PTE or IELTS?
  13. For an iPhone it will need to be done by the manufacturer. You can get this done in the market as the above post says, but as soon as you want to upgrade to the newest IOS then it will lock again. Best way is to contact your current service provider and they can do it for you. I just got an iPhone 6 unlocked by EE for £8.99 (a lot cheaper than the bloke on the market actually!) took about 4 or 5 days to come through and was very easy to do. There are many tariffs and providers in Aus. I used Optus, only because the shop was right in front of me as I walked out of the arrivals hall at Brisbane airport. The prepay package is pretty good and if you are a heavy data user then you can get 500MB per day for $2 a day, plus free calls and texts. I think that's pretty good, but there's a lot out there so shop around.
  14. They don't raise the bar as such, it's all dependent on the amount of 70+ point applicants per round. If the allocated places are taken by those people then unfortunately others get left out. I'm sure the bar will drop again, it's just very hard to predict when that may happen. Rest assured though that when it does drop, you will certainly be one of the ones to receive an invite. You only missed out by a matter of hours. Your time will come.
  15. From some information that I've seen in the last 24 hours, it appears that the minimum points for accountants has increased back up to 70 again. It's impossible to say how long it will be like this. But as mentioned in one of my earlier posts, there is always a surge of EOI's being submitted around this time of the year, as the end of the programme year is fast approaching. The programme year runs from 1st July to 30th June (in the following year. Normally there is a backlog to clear in the first couple of months of the new programme year, then it quietens down again in September to January then starts to pick up the pace again in February - March through to August.
  16. If you didn't get an invitation yesterday then I can only assume that the minimum points have gone back up to 70 again. Either that, or there were no invitations sent out for accountants at all. But I'd be leaning towards the former.
  17. Most likely next round @Jay Dave (23rd March)
  18. From what you have written it seems that it is most likely a clerical error and not one that will affect your points. I cannot say for absolute certain what the response will be, but I would be fairly confident that they will accept form 1023 and you would be ok. Your agent appears to be giving you good advice to just sit tight even though it's difficult to be in limbo. Nothing happens quickly in this game, and I would not recommend withdrawing your application for the reasons you state.
  19. Probably just missed out, you'll get one on the next round.
  20. No. I don't think so. It becomes locked as soon as the invitation is sent.
  21. Do you have a screenshot or a saved PDF of the EOI submission?
