  1. My PR just got approved!!!!! I actually failed to sleep in last couple weeks because this Tuesday is due day to submit all the required documents (see my previous post you can find heaps of them..). I reminded my manager last Thursday. He was not aware Tuesday is the last day... Fortunately, he got all done by Friday. Oh my god, it is really hard to speak my feeling. I am overwhelming with happiness right now.....Thank you all of your support guys. You will get your PR soon. Just be patient and keep doing helping each other.
  2. I have not done it yet. had been waiting for the request, just got it. Now I have to collect my new renewal passport (expired on 06/09) tomorrow then after that, I will do the health check.
  3. Sorry I take my words back.. I just found the email..yes I am asked to provide health check. Can I assume all my documents are OK..?
  4. I don't think I will be asked until nomination application get approved...so not actually worry about that atm. I am now more concerned about the required documents for the NM application...
  5. My employer just forwarded the email to me and I extracted some piece from the doc: email title: IMMI Request for More Information Request Detail Established business/organisation Please provide a combination of the following to demonstrate that your business/organisation is actively operating in Australia: ● 3 most recent Business Activity Statements (BAS); ● Notice of Assessment re Tax returns for the 2015 financial year; ● Recent financial reports (profit and loss statements for the last financial year); ● Annual report; ● Organisation Chart; ● Bank statements covering the most recent 12 month period of operation; ● Lease agreements or property ownership relating to business/organisation’s premises; ● Registration with industry associations; or ● Contracts to provide services or work orders. Further evidence of nominator’s business As the nominating business has a limited commercial history (ie. is a ‘start-up’ business) further documentation is required to demonstrate that it is performing some form of commercial activity, to demonstrate that it is actively and lawfully operating a business in Australia and that it has the financial capacity to meet the nominator undertakings. Evidence that will assist you in demonstrating the level of activity and/or financial capacity of the business/organisation may include: ● an account of the history of the company and its activities to date, ● evidence that the nominator directly operates the business/organisation, ● purchase or lease documents for the property serving as the business site, ● a business plan, ● contracts to buy or sell goods or services associated with the business, ● plans or arrangements for advertising of products or services offered by the business, ● evidence of financial commitment – establishing a bank account for the business (with reasonable balances), ● evidence of financial support (for example, appointment of an accountant, business loans negotiated with banks), ● evidence of legal establishment of business (for example, transactions with solicitors, registration), ● administrative infrastructure - eg. equipment, staff, ● recruitment action or plans, ● a marketing strategy, and ● evidence of the likelihood of the company being successful and of benefit to Australia. 2 years full-time, no exclusion of extending Please provide evidence that the visa applicant will be employed on a full-time basis in the nominated position for at least two (2) years and that the terms and conditions of employment do not preclude the possibility of extending the period of employment. You should provide the employment contract containing the following information: ● name of the nominee (if known), ● position title and duties, ● if employment is for a specific period - the period of employment, and ● salary and employment conditions, including access to statutory entitlements. The contract should also: ● state that the position is permanent and ongoing (if it does not identify a specific duration of employment), and ● be an employment agreement rather than a letter of a job offer. Detailed position description Please provide a detailed position description for the nominated position including: ● responsibilities and main duties, ● qualifications required, ● essential skills required, ● employment experience (including number of years of experience required), ● registration/licensing or professional membership requirements, and ● other relevant information about the position. Looks like they are requiring a lot information, but I remember we have done some of them, as I was sitting right next to my employer and we did it together..... Could it be the reason we didn't upload certified copies...?
  6. Hi guys, regarding the employment reference letters, is it require to include salary? As I just saw it is required in 190 visa, but I didn't see it in 186 visa document checklist. http://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Visa-1/190-/Skilled-Nominated-visa-(subclass-190)-document-checklist# http://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Visa-1/186-/Employer-Nomination-Scheme-(subclass-186)-applicant-document-checklist If it is required then I will be in trouble...I have to go back to my country to get new ones.
  7. I just sent en email to immigration department and I got an auto-reply email and found a piece of information I would like to share: We are currently allocating ENS applications lodged mid-January 2016 and RSMS applications lodged early December 2015. If you have recently lodged an application, this means that we may not allocate your application for at least 6 months. You will be contacted when your case is allocated for assessment.
  8. I saw someone mentioned the IMMI could visit your workplace? I wonder how they determine they want to visit you? Those who's workplace close to their office? Or determined by occupations? Or the risk level of countries? or just randomly? My office is in Hendra, QLD I am curious if they will visit me. I am only in office three days a week. I am a mobile app developer.
  9. Good on you, feb12.. I submitted mine on 24/02. Looks like I should wait for two more weeks. However, I have not yet done health assessment.
  10. Hi I submitted my 186 application on 24/2/2016, I have waited for 6 months and I assume the result should come soon. However, my password is going to expire on 06/09, I already applied a new one but won't be able to get it until 14/09. Because of this, I have a few questions I am worrying about I would like to ask: 1. After I got the new passport, is it adequate to just go to the immigration website to fill passport-change form to inform them? Do I have to additionally fill the https://www.border.gov.au/Forms/Documents/929.pdf form and post to them to let them update the passport detail on my bridging visa? 2. I have not yet done Health assessment. I checked the referral letter and found that the passport number is printed on it, which is going to expire soon. I wonder once I got my new passport and filled the passport change form on the immigration website, will this new passport number changed on the referral letter? If the old passport number is still used then I am concerned that will the hospital allows me to do it with my new passport....? I feel I should done the health assessment earlier....
