Last contact I had was 17 /03 / 14 and that was the delay email ! I have called them since then and they said its ready for finalising but don't know when ? Could be before July could be after ... Was just wondering if something was wrong would they have said by now? The wait continues .

Hi clock I personally would not risk over claiming I would claim 10 points unless I had a BSc degree or higher !! I'd keep practising and resisting the ielts exam to get the points !

If there was an error with a visa application how long would it take for a CO to reject a visa application ? Hate this waiting, CO hasn't requested any extra documents and contact has been very limited !

I would go for the 190 with SA personally as that sounds like the most secure and simple option .... Victoria seems like they can be fussy and the 189 seems like a bit of a gamble !!! I'd play it safe and get the PR visa the easiest way !!!

Thanks mate yeah long wait I made a spelling mistake then too ! I had the email from CO on the 17th march but my immi login documents changed from recommended to received on the 13th of February so not entirely sure when the CO was actually assigned !!! Good luck !!

No I just reviewed communication via email . You may have a case officer already but you won't know until you get an email.
