Hello Andy, I looked at the vetassess website and on there they said that they are not the correct body to assess electrical people?

Been in my recent occupation 18 months but in the last 10 years I've been in my trade for 8 year in total, I took two years out to go travelling around Australia. What qualification has your mate got? Yea same here I used a company called global migrate who are based in London and are crooks I was lucky to get the majority of my money back tho thank god.

Sorry, my category would be electrician (special class) my work experience has been working for network rail as a signalling technician this mean maintenance, fault finding and renewals on all infrastructure of the railway from point machines, level crossing, signals, track circuits, interlocking and relay rooms. I worked on voltages ranging from 12v ac/dc to 250 v ac/dc. I had to read electrical schematics and also know about mechanical systems as our infrastructure consisted of both. After I left there I work on the motorways helping wire up the gantry and speed cameras, where I was running cables in ducts and joining them, also running in the communication cables. Now I currently work as a multi skilled technician for first great western where I work on different type of locomotives. I'm electrically biased but have to carry out preventive maintenance task on braking systems, engines, electrical and communication systems, air conditioning systems (HVAC) and pneumatic systems. The electrical systems on the trains are 415ac 3 phase, 240v ac, 110v dc. Also work on compressors. How would I go about sending my certificates off to get checked?

Hello im a 27 year old male from the uk, and i want to emigrate to Australia i would like to do this by myself as i recently had a bad experience while using a migration company in the uk. Im looking at applying for skilled migration subclass (190) i think i have enough points if i complete an ielts test. What i need help with is my trade recognition? im a time served apprentice in the uk with NVQ level 3 in railway signalling engineering NVQ level 2 in preforming engineering operations BTEC national diploma in engineering i want to know if anyone has roughly the same qualifications as me and if they know if they equate to anything, im also studying in uni as well doing a foundation degree in electrical/electronic engineering.
