Anyone know if csol changes? What has it done in previous years?

I'm eagerly awaiting new csol list praying my profession is still on there and/or added to other states!

Hi all, I thought I would start my own thread rather than gate crashing others. I have recently sent my skills assessment via email to Vetassess. I am currently a HR Business Partner with 10 years generalist HR and Learning and DEvelopment experience. I have a CIPD post grad diploma level 7 (ofqua) which I hope is enough to get a positive result. Is there anyone out there in the same situation? Any idea what the current HR market is like? It would be good to chat to other HR professional thinking of applyng ro currently gone through or were successful in getting a visa! thanks Kez

It's a CIPD qualification that you can do at university. It's higher than a BA honours closer to masters and it's recognised by ofqual.

Hi I have the same qualification as you plus 10 years HR experience. I've got an email from CIPD confirming it's level 7 plus my mara agent thinks that's good. I've submitted my vetasses based on this so fingers crossed. I've also printed off the page from ofqual as evidence. Let me know how you're getting on good luck!

Hi I'm currently applying for skills assessment through vetassess for HR ADvisor but not sure if I should apply for HR Manager through AIM? I want to apply for SS for Victoria as they are accepting HR managers. Help anyone which one? Does it matter which assessment I get?

Hi everyone after visiting my brother in Perth we have decided to try and move to oz. we have decided on Melbourne as it suits us. I'm hoping to get state sponsorship then apply to diac for the visa! Any advice appreciated as there is so much to think about! I think first step is to get a MARA to help?:biggrin:
