Faling in love with an Australian would do the trick
  2. Congratulations SNMP. Is your "must enter by" date aligned with the validity of your PCC check and/or medical?
  3. So is your "enter before" date 4/10/2015 to align with the expiry of you medical?
  4. Congratulations! The moral of the story seems to be that it is worth poking your CO if you get to 9 months.
  5. I have only directly emailed KP once, and I received a response in about an hour. I have PM'ed you the email address.
  6. My application was acknowledged on 11th June. I have been following this thread avidly, taking comfort from the fact that most grants still seem to be around the 9 month mark.
  7. Thanks LR,Can anyone with recent experience of an actual PMV visa grant confirm? It would be nice to eliminate one of the many uncertainties as early as possible
  8. I am trying to map out my life for the next few months with respect to employment, travel, home rental agreements etc etc. It is all pretty difficult without knowing exactly when my PMV visa will actually be granted.Assuming that the 8-9 months that I was quoted when my application was accepted, I should get some good news February  Am i safe to assume that the latest initial entry date I will be given will be aligned to the expiry of the validity of the health and police checks, or could it be earlier than that?
  9. Wow, for someone who has a good track record in business, your planning skills appear to be somewhat lacking! Lots of people want to go to Australia but the reality is that Australia has to want you and it is the work of months and years to get accepted for anything other than a holiday visa.
