  1. Simply locate the closet Panel Physician, I don't know which city you are based currently so check this link: http://www.immi.gov.au/Help/Locations/Pages/Pakistan.aspx Below is the detail for Karachi Panel Physician: Medical and Radiology Clinic - Karachi [h=6]Street address[/h] IOM Karachi Sub Office House F-8/1, KDA Scheme I Tipu Sultan Road (adjacent to Karsaz Road) Karachi [h=6]Telephone[/h] +92 51 111 466 472 +92 306 292 2575 +92 307 537 1776 [h=6]Fax[/h] +92 21 3454 9848 [h=6]Electronic contact[/h] AUSMEDPK@iom.int You have to call & book your appointment, you have to bring your Passport & Medical Examination Request Letter at the appointment & pay the fee. 'Also applicants attending a medical appointment with a panel physician should bring their vaccination certificate to the medical appointment'. Also you don't have to upload your medical result as it will be uploaded directly by the Panel Physician. Hope this helps. If you have any question please ask. Aussie Girl Bay
  2. That's very kind of you but I didn't assist you at all, it was you who put in all the hard work & hence you got visa in 5 months so very best of luck for your future!! Get your ticket & enjoy the beautiful spring here (although it's still windy & rainy but hope it changes when you come Aussie Girl Bay
  3. Anyone from family or friend who knows both the applicant & sponsor and believed that their relationship is genuine. I was asked to submit 2 stat.declaration + form 888, so stat.declaration was written by me mom & brother, while form 888 was done by 2 Aussie Citizens who were me husband's friend and knew me through him. Hope this helps. Aussie Girl Bay
  4. ;p This is just a phase, I know it's veryyyyyyyyyy tough but if you divert your mind & keep yourself busy in other stuff then it's bit easy... easier said than done Aussie Girl Bay
  5. Yeah you can always call AHC & check the status of your application, when you email you probably get a standard reply ' the average processing time is 9-12 months......' so best is to give AHC a quick call but guess you are not far from your grant as it's already 7 months since you applied. Good Luck! Aussie Girl Bay
  6. Sorry when we applied there was no requirement for Polio certificate so this is something new, I guess ammjan is right, perhaps you are required to present this certificate at the airport so nothing to worry really. Good Luck! Aussie Girl Bay
  7. Standard processing time is 9-12 months but usually female applicants do get their grants somewhere between 5-8 months so hopefully she will get her visa soon. Good Luck! Aussie Girl Bay
  8. Form 80 is for male over 18, it's part of partner visa documents so if you are a male applicant you should have submitted with your application to avoid unnecessary delay. If you are a female applicant then it's not required. If you've already got all PCC then simply send them to AHC as they are only valid for 1 year. Good Luck! Aussie Girl Bay
  9. Absolutely very simple & easy, you need to go through Partner Visa booklet carefully (available on immi.gov.au) and your Partner can apply without any agent. Good Luck! Aussie Girl Bay
  10. Check this link: http://immi-to-australia.com/pdf/Character.pdf Hope this helps. Aussie Girl Bay
  11. Thank you for sharing, I wasn't aware of this nor found any information on AHC Islamabad website. Ideally online is much better & convenient compare to paper application. Good Luck! Aussie Girl Bay
  12. Probably Police Form has changed, it wasn't required before. You can submit your application without PCC then wait for CO to request for it, in this way you will get max 'Initial Entry Date'. Aussie Girl Bay
  13. No, I am afraid you can't apply 309/100 visa online from Pakistan. Only applicant for ' Skilled, Business and Employer Sponsored Migration' can apply online as these applications are lodged and processed in Australia' Aussie Girl Bay
  14. Hi, As per me understanding through AHC Pakistan/immi website you can't lodge 309/100 visa online from Pakistan. Quoted: 'The Department's office in Islamabad has a Service Delivery Partner agreement with Gerry's International to provide Australian visa lodgement services in Pakistan through Australian Visa Application Centres.' Check this link: http://www.immi.gov.au/Help/Locations/Pages/Overseas-Lodgement-Offices/Pakistan.aspx Good Luck Aussie Girl Bay
  15. Oh thank you very much for the beautiful comment, really appreciate it. Well I just looked at AHC Pakistan website, found this information, have a look at this link: http://www.pakistan.embassy.gov.au/islm/120822pg9diac.html Good Luck!! Aussie Girl Bay
  16. Hi, If I am not wrong Applicant can't make Online Application from Pakistan. 'Visa applications that can be lodged in Pakistan should either be lodged in person, at an Australian Visa Application Centre or sent by courier to the Australian High Commission, Islamabad' http://www.immi.gov.au/Help/Locations/Pages/Overseas-Lodgement-Offices/Pakistan.aspx PS: just looking at your timeline, are you still waiting for your Visa grant? If yes, then why not update your CO & add your spouse? Aussie Girl Bay
  17. Yeah I know how these agent actually works so just ignore what he told you, you did good by telling things honestly. Casual or part time, it wouldn't have any effect as there is no income threshold so I reckon you guys are good, just submit all the docs and your partner's job detail. Hope you get your grant soon. Aussie Girl Bay
  18. Nothing to worry, it's good to be honest..The reason why CO emphasised on job because 'Sponsor should be able to meet sponsorship obligations', please read form 40SP. Now circumstances has changed and Sponsor has got a job so you should send his job contract or offer letter as an evidence of his income. Also provide the others docs requested by CO without further delay. Good Luck! Aussie Girl Bay
  19. Average processing time is 9-12 months, although most female applicant do get their grants in 4-7 months time. If you 've already submitted PCC then you may not hear from AHC & get your grant straightaway provided they don't need any more documents from you. Good Luck!! Aussie Girl Bay
  20. What's your timeline? Have you applied from Pakistan? Applicant usually don't get to hear from AHC/CO unless they want some additional docs/info. If you 've applied just recently then wait atleast for 2 -3 months before you get a CO. Aussie Girl Bay
  21. Hi, If it's already registered in Union Council then get it registered in Nadra too and do necessary changes in your current Nikah Nama, it may take little time but you should get it done quickly as hiding/lying (even unintentional) is not the right approach. You may consider lodging your application now without Nikah nama/Marriage Certificate as you will get CO in couple of months time so in the meantime you correct these docs and submit later. Hope this helps, if you 've any more questions please feel free to ask. Aussie Girl Bay
