Offering an energetic work environment with an opportunity to gain employer sponsorship (subclass 457 visa) and further career development opportunities. We are seeking a commercial Refrigeration/Air-Conditioning Mechanic with solid experience in; Installation and running of copper lines; Handling, mounting and securing condensing units; Diagnosing faults using the necessary tools; and The installation of commercial refrigeration and air-conditioning units. Additional requirements include; Trade qualification; 3+ years post-trade work experience; Flexibility to work with other trades within the maintenance team of the business; and High level of English (IELTS 5 or above). The successful candidate will begin on a three month trial period (i.e. on a working holiday visa) and upon successful completion of this period will be offered employer sponsorship. We have two clients who are looking for trade qualified and experienced Truck Mechanics who are already in Australia (on a Working Holiday Visa or 457 Visa). The Position Reporting to the Branch Manager and working with a team of skilled technicians, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing fuel injection pumps and injectors. Skills Duties will include: Disassemble, clean and inspect pumps and injectors Repair, service and calibrate components Accurately record and report job details The Person Our client is looking for an experienced technician who is honest and reliable. Other requirements include: Minimum 7 years (post apprenticeship) pump room experience Ability to show on-going and recent Bosch training certificates Ability to repair all current FI pumps (including all Bosch inline pumps & governors, P-size, Bosch & Denso common rail, EP44s) Experience using EPS815 and AVMPC2 Diagnostic skills The ability to work unsupervised Experience in organising service jobs would be highly regarded. Hi folks, Thanks for the replies. At this stage we don't have much of anything for carpenters/construction candidates. Unfortunately, until the construction industry picks up in Australia, there are already plenty of Australian's already lining up for these jobs. At this stage the greatest demand for overseas candidates is as listed in my original post above. If we acquire opportunities for carpenters/foremen etc. anytime soon I will be sure to create a post to let you all know.
