  1. Hi stelol, Today I got the CO assigned and he has asked for some documents which are already uploaded. He has asked for PCC as well. I have the PCC ready from my country but I still need to get it from Netherlands where I had spent 12 months or so. I know there is no english version of the form, but do you have a translation of the form which I could use as a reference to fill the original Dutch form? I also need to know which all sections I need to fill and which section needs to be filled by DIAC. I was thinking of requesting the CO to send me a written request asking me to provide Netherlands PCC and attach that email as evidence at the time of applying for the Netherlands PCC. I would really appreciate if you could once again guide me through the steps in more details. This is the only piece (Netherlands PCC) which is still pending at my end, otherwise I have completed all the documentation requirements for the visa application to be complete. What is the update at your end? Have you got the Netherlands PCC issued? I look forward to your reply anxiously. Regards, jbb
  2. Hats off to your patience, grit and perseverance ra2cool. It's no wonder then that you are 2cool. Thank you for sharing your experience and above all never to give hope in life!!
  3. Thanks N7kkp!! I am now anxiously waiting for the CO. The wait is killing man!!!
  4. Hi syloh2000, Apparently for the moment sending an email to health.strategies@immi.gov.au and requesting them to provide an update on the medicals seems to be the only way until they are able to fix the technical issue they are facing relating to the Query Application Status page. Cheers, jbb
  5. Oh, that would be fabulous indeed if it happens. But going by the trends I am hoping to hear from a CO this week or early next week.
  6. Have some news from my end. I had emailed health.strategies@immi.gov.auon 22nd Oct requesting them to provide me with an update on my medicals. I received a reply from GH today that the medicals for me and my family have been received and finalized. They also mentioned that the medical reports have been linked to my eVisa which would enable the Visa Officer to take a look. They also mentioned that there is a technical issue relating to the Query Application Status page which advises us the progress of eVisa as a result we are not able to see the updated results at our end.I just hope now I hear from a CO soon. Cheers, jbb
  7. Congratulation Colin & Alison, That is indeed quick from DIAC. I had applied on 8th Oct and still awating CO to be assigned. I am hoping to hear from them by this week or early next week looking after what you shared. Keeping fingers crossed. Can you please share the CO name and the team he belongs to? Regards, jbb
  8. Thanks Delta for replying. I sure hope that I also get to hear from a CO either this week or latest by next week. Has the CO asked for any documents or he has just emailed you telling you know that he is looking into your application now. jbb
  9. Hi Delta Tango, I am presuming that you got an email confirming from DIAC on 10 Oct 2012 that they have received a valid application from you, isn't it. Isn't that what you meant by stating Visa application sent? So if that is the case and you have got a CO on 23rd Oct 2012, I would then hope perhaps I should be hearing from a CO as well since my application was acknowledged by DIAC on 8th Oct 2012. Can you please confirm my understanding? Also please let us know the name of the CO and he belongs from which team? Thanks.
  10. It's the same link which I was using earlier. The link which you had provided earlier was for 175 visa only. For 190 visa the link to check the status is https://www.ecom.immi.gov.au/elp/app?login and I have been using this link only to check the status of my application. I do not see any updates to my medicals yet in my account.
  11. Hello indyanexpress, Nopes, the status is still the same, there is absolutely no update on my medicals when I login to my account. I have also emailed Global Health on 22nd Oct seeking a status on my medicals, but have not got any reply from them yet.
  12. Hello, My timelines: 1st Oct: Paid the 190 visa fees via credit card 5th Oct: Uploaded the documents 5th Oct: Medicals Done 8th Oct: Received acknowledgement that my application has been received 19th Oct: PCC Done and uploaded it on 20th Oct CO: ?? So I still do not have a CO assigned and do not have any idea when I will get assigned one. Also I do not know what is the status of my medicals. The "Organize your medicals" link had disappeared after 3-4 days from the day I got my medicals done. Anyone who had applied in October has got a CO assigned? I am actually really getting impatient waiting for the CO.
  13. Hi ra2cool, I sent you a private message. Can you please reply. Thanks.
  14. Hi ra2cool, If you look at my timelines can you provide an approx timeline as to when can I have a CO assigned to my application. Also when and how can you I come to know the status of my medicals? Any insight on this will be highly appreciated. Regards, jbb
  15. Hello v190, No I have not yet been assigned any CO. I am actually getting a little bit impatient at not hearing from the CO yet and also not seeing anything relating to my medicals on my evisa. Even though I had done my medicals on 5th Oct, I still do not see anything as far as my meds goes and also do not know what was the outcome of the report. The hospital where I had got my meds done, they said they upload the reports within 72 hrs. So I do not know what is happening. Regards, jbb
  16. Hello stelol, I checked with my agent and he says that we need to wait for the CO to ask us to provide the Netherlands PCC only after that we can/should apply for it as we will need to attach a copy of the email with the application for Netherlands PCC. So I am currently waiting for the CO to be assigned and request. Have you got CO assigned to your visa application? Can you please your timelines so that I can have some idea on when to expect CO to contact me. You can checkout my timelines in my signature. Please do let me know when you get your Netherlands Certificate of Good Conduct letter. Thanks.
  17. Hello, I have got state sponsorship from NSW government on 13th Sep 2012 and invitation to apply for visa on 14th Sep 2012. I have already applied for the 190 visa on 1st Oct 2012. My question is do I need to sign and email the NSW anything letting them know that I have accepted their nomination and applied for the visa? I have read somewhere in this forum that one needs to sign and acknowledge to the state government that we are accepting their nomination and only after that the visa processing starts. Anyone out there who has got a NSW SS after 1st July 2012 can confirm their experience of whether we need to sign and email them anything or not? In the approval letter which I have got I do not see any mention of me requiring to send them any signed letter or agreement. They had just mentioned that if my EOI was not provided to them at the time of NSW application then I need to provide them the EOI number so that they could select it in SkillSelect and send me the invitation. But I had provided them the EOI at the time of NSW application itself so I do not think I need to provide the NSW government anything. Kindly clarify on this please as I do not want my NSW SS to expire and then I come to know that some action was pending at my end itself. Also what are the approx timelines for a CO to be assigned to a case. I got email from DIAC on 8th Oct that they have received my visa application. So how many days does it take after their acknowledging the receipt of the visa application? Regards, JBB
  18. No CO has not been assigned yet. Yes I have completed by medical tests. I do not know if the output of the medicals yet and I do not see its status when I login. I am sure the hospital would have uploaded it by now. Yes I am done with PCC as well. Now I am waiting patiently for the CO to be assigned.
  19. Hello Naseefoz, You are right, your parents are not dependents on you and therefore their names should not be mentioned in that section. If you are married, then you should provide details about your wife and kids (if any) since they would be your dependants and would be travelling with you. I hope that helps. Regards, JBB
  20. Hi stelol, Thank you for sharing your inputs. So have you already got it issued from the Dutch authorities? I did gather information that I need to email them scanned copy of the form and fill out the first part and then leave the other section and get a signature/stamp from the department which is requesting "certificate of good conduct" so that the Dutch authorities known for what purpose it is sought. I would be needing this for Australia immigration. I have not been asked by DIAC CO yet. I understand one needs to start this process only after the CO requests us for the PCC. I have started the PCC from my country which is India, but have not applied for Netherlands PCC as I have not yet been asked. But in most likely hood they will ask for it since I was there for 13 months. Look forward to your reply. Thanks, JBB
  21. Congratulations Fowler family!!! I submitted my visa application on 1st Oct and got my meds done on 5th Oct. Now let us see how long it takes for the med reports to be submitted and how long it takes for a CO to be assigned to my application. How many days did it take for a CO to be assigned to your application?
  22. Congrats on getting the meds done. Where did you go to do the medicals? Did the doctors tell you if the reports were normal etc?

    Visa 190 - Medicals

Hi Naseefoz, I have not yet applied for the 190 visa as I am waiting for some documents to be arranged. I have been sponsored by NSW and I got the sponsorship in just 6 days. My EOI has a claim of 70 points and my ANZSCO code is 262113 (Systems Administrator). Which ANZSCO have you applied under and when do you plan to apply for the 190 visa?
  24. Hello, I just wanted to keep a track of all the candidates who have been sponsored by NSW for 262113 (Systems Administrator) role. Has anyone been granted a 190 visa and got job in Australia already? I would appreciate if anyone who has already got a job can share their experience as to how they got the job offer. What are the do's and don'ts so that other prospective candidates can have an idea how to plan their course. Please share your total years of experience and the approx salary you received or expect to receive as one needs to know how much one can get to plan their expenses and savings. I look forward to hearing from our so helpful community. Regards, JBB
