Lodged my 190 visa on 1st sept 2014. Medicals will be on 11th September 2014. Waiting for the case officer

Does anyone applied for transferring the present 457 to a new employer 457? My case is the first transfer of the present 457 with decision ready and applied on 9th July 2014.

As per my migration agent the immi got a lot of 457 visa application by the end of June. ( expected to be a price hike but it didn't happen) Now due to school holidays majority of them are on holidays. So it may take some delay in process and allocation of case officer

Let's discuss with the price of the migration Agents. Some of them are charging $5000. There should be a fixed price on the basis of type of Visa. Like immi visa fees. They don't do that. If the price is a genuine one then we can use them. But some of them are there to generate money.

This is not related with NMC. If you have completed the adaptation from UK then go there and collect the transcript and then forward.

The actual problem is not the Diploma. It is the transcript and the number of hours of study in the pharmacology etc. Diploma holders can still register and AHPRA will recommend to do the bridging course. It cost 10000 and it is available in Australia only.Soon in UK the education providers can start a Bridging course company to make money. It is all about money and time.

I am in the process of filling EOI FOR 190 visa.I would like to get someone's help to know how to enter the Diploma (nurse) as a degree in the EOI section of the immigration. ANMAC approved my diploma and is equvalent to degree. Does anyone can help. Instead of diploma can I enter degree in the EOI FORM. I am struggling to get 60 points without IELTS. age - 25 points diploma -10 1 year AUS experience -5 state nomination -5 5 to 8 years experience in UK -10 if my diploma (10 points ) can be written as a degree (15 points) then I will get total 60 points

I did 3 nearest approved centres price comparison through telephone and went into a cheapest one.

What about OET instead of IELTS. please suggest?

If you have a professional registration and in that profession if you have minimum3 years of experience ( anywhere in the world) then you can apply for RSMS 187 visa after 3 months working in Australia. Of course your employer need to apply for nomination after 3 months. In this case i think you don't need skills assessment. My seniors will comment on this issue?

If there is a family member here then say YES. Otherwise write NO. Because you are not supposed to write your friends date of birth place of birth etc in that form. These are personal details of others. You are not supposed to ask the same. The same question was in the 1221 form you filled up for your 457 visa. I hope this helps.
