Dear Friends, i have work exp from 2003 till date in the same occupation. my vetassess assessment is positive and they have considered my exp from 2010 to till date for the assessment. while applying to DIAC for points will I be able to claim my work exp from 2003 till date -pls help

Hi I have applied for NT sponsorship on 13 Aug -2013, I have not yet received an acknowledgement letter that states they have recived my mail with the attachments. do they actually acknowledge ? is it normal to take some much time? kindly help
