Bro they never make the decision before Medicals , Medicals is the last step and it can be negative as well so they do not make the decision , more likely its the last step before decision and for Male applicants they some times take more then 4 months wish u good luck

PS and also Mr. it is Australia who make the policy for immigrants and also specify the Low Risk and High Risk countries , i know people did wrong things before and now they are bit care ful but they know the fact that not everyone is bad person so they made a critaria for it which takes time some times the delays can happen because of our own excellent people who are working in Embassy , like my CO forgot to send me Medicals , it was her mistake not department's mistake ,the delays in process are headache and this is what mostly people talk here because they take time more then normal , the delays happen because they have less staff as well , like K.A is handling many cases and the fee we pay mostly get spent on other projects in Australia and they do not make their services better so there are many things which cause the delay and that is what make us impatient and sometime angry as well and everyone get frustrated because it is really hard to be apart from your husband/wife for a long time and as u said before that why they dont live together until get the visa so in this financial circumstances spouses cant left their jobs and stay with spouses in other country,they need to be apart due to many reasons and visa is the only solution , everyone know it takes 6 to 9 months but u need to see the threadsheet bro where male applicants wait for even 18 months so just imagine if it was YOU what u were gonna feel and this thread is very helpful to bear this pressure of wait

Well bro , i have seen male applicants still wait for 2 to 3 months after done with Medicals but i wish as my CO said that if the Medicals will be clear then she will get it finalized within 12 months time line and it is my 12th month so i wish and pray that they grant the visa soon with Allah's blessing... wish you good luck too and all the rest of us waiting for the visa that Allah help us and give AHC courage to finalize the cases ASAP as everyone is really missing their better halves Ameen

First of all Good lengty lectures to Mr. who was i think frustrated of something and get rid of it by typing for this thread good job done by Xara , Aussiegirl bay and Waseem ,i dont know about others but for me this Thread is great source of learning about visa process and dealing with this wait pressure and for new applicants yes it is a great platform for them to deal with this process more efficiently with other people's experiences ...... heartly congratz to Rees Ahmad soooooooooooooooooooooooo much happy for you , i told u after interview they grant the visa soon Happy Reunion Bro Wish u good luck and waseem bro May Allah hear our prayers and you get the visa soon in this coming week or may be on Monday good news is waiting for u we never know

Hiii Waseem dont worry bro ur visa will be finalized soon , actually they cant cap the partner visa so some time they delay the cases and then when financial year start in July every year they start granting the visas in next financial year because Govt let them issue certain amount of visas per year so that some times can delay the process but still many months left till July so they wil finalize male applicants who are waiting from 12 or above months InshAllah

Nope u dont receive any acknowledgment from them , they upload ur results online and then forward it to Sydney IOM , there they verfify it and send it to AHC Isb , they do not let u know that results are clear or not except u call ur CO and ask about it , the whole process take 2 to 3 days only

Guys i have got the medical request letter from my MA , do i need to print Form 26 and FORM 160 and fill it Before going for Medicals or if i have HAP ID i dont need to do it ???? if i have HAP ID it means i am going for eMedical right ??? for eMedical Forms are not required. The forms used for your health examinations are: ● Medical Examination (Form 26) ● Chest x-ray (Form 160) Where do I get the forms? If the required forms are not attached to this list, you can download paper forms from the website of the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) at http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/health-requirements/ . This is not required if you intend to complete your health examinations electronically (using eHealth or eMedical).

Female applicants normaly do not get interviewed in complexed cases they might other wise they dont ask for it , i have seen only one female on this thread who got interviewed and then after that the visa was granted

Thanks Bro , i hope i have received it , actually my MA is on leaves and her colleague sent only the numbers to book the medicals so she must have received it in attachment so i will ask her tomorrow when she will be back to let me know the HAP id and also send me the original email Thanks to all for congrats i hope it wouldnt take long after that but we never know with AHC , but i am just wishing and praying that even they take 2 more months just dont refuse it and grant it in first attempt

Well bro u shouldnt do it because then CO can be against u and it all depend on CO how he/she represent ur case to SCO , so its better to be calm and wait for things to happen : )

I have good News , i Received the Medical request Today from my CO,My MA emailed me and asked me to get the medicals booked , it is booked but i was wondering that my MA didnt gave me HAP id , the operator also asked that i need to take HAP id with me because then she can put my medicals results online otherwise if i will just take the email of CO for medicals request she will courier the results which i know is gonna take more time then online , is there anyone here with same scenario ??? and also guys please let me know do they send the HAP ID in attachments with email or mention it in the email , i will wait until Monday when my MA will be back to work as then i can see the original email and if CO gave HAP ID or not....

It doesnt matter bro , if u have submitted Form 80 long ago then let it happen do not let them know because there is a chance that they already did the checks on ur job locations so if u will add something they are gonna take more time to go there and confirm so its better to be quiet , if u have not submitted Form 80 then when they ask for it u can mention it : )
