I haven't got job yet Me too didn't get anything from immigration. Just like you, I had submitted documents on my own when I became eligible for consideration of visa 100. Didn't submit police check nor they asked me for. In my case, it took 2 months approx. However the average processing time is 6 to 8 months. Hopefully you will get soon. Hiii waseem bro ....Congratulation on getting PR .... I am in Sydney now reached here on 23rd ... well bro on April 10th my 24 months will be completed my migration agent asked to lodge for it now as the case is in 23rd month so can apply for it ......... so my concern is I am just new here and I am on temporary residence .. I only have got bank account and phone account setup yet ... I am not yet working so how can i provide new evidance ? we should take more and more pics or what ??? please let me know ... I am gonna meet MA anyway but it will be nice to know about your experience .....

Yeah same here bro , I was soooooooooooooooooo down heart Yesterday and whole day today , I told my family about him and they were sad too , I wish the best to him , InshAllah he will get the visa after getting clearance from MRT ,It will take some time but InshAllah at the end they have to grant him the visa soooooooooo all the best wishes for him

Hmmmmm i can't see your original post GPRS but read the replies to it , so they have rejected it ???? hmmmmmmmmmmmm well that is just soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo unfair why they made you wait for all these 16 months to deny it , well bro now try to be patient , you will go to review tribunal provide them all the evidence your contact details your wife's visits here and photos and if you don't had reception of wedding then must go for Walima and make dvd and provide them ......... it do not take that long with MRT now but they refer the case again to AHC Islamabad which take time really sorry to hear this bad news bro

Well bro read their email clearly , they said they will finalize the case in 12 weeks which means from the date they replied to feedback not the date when you submitted PCC or the case was placed in decision queue so they are still gonna take their time , I think 12 weeks now is their automated reply to everyone who complain after file in decision queue so lets hope for best ,wish and pray they make positive decision soon ............

I have got the reply from AHC today for the complaint , they said they are still analyzing the case and case is scheduled for finalisation and it will be finalized in next 12 weeks !!!!!!!! I don't know what immigration department is up to and what they were doing in last 21 months that they need 3 more months to analyze it !!!!!!!!!!!

WHAT THE **** 6 MONTHS ????? It has been 21 months since i lodged the application and 6 more months :mad: so they told you it can take 6 months to decide while file is in decsion queue or they have to do some more assesment on your case ?? they have no system first they took so long to do security checks and now they are playing with us with on this decision queue system !!!!!

Hmmmmmmmm i hope they are not following the pattern like indian AHC where when they put file in decision queue it take 100 to 120 days to decide it :wubclub: it has been more then 2 months for both of us lets see what they do now .......

Well bro i already launched complaint before Chrismas , I received automated reply from feedback unit that i will get reply within ten working days but they didn't bother to reply yet :mad: you tried to talk to them on phone ? I called last Thursday same reply will call again on this coming Thursday lets see ..........

We being Muslim start every day with Fajar Salah and pray for the better day , every day bring new hope , Even its Christian new year but we Muslims also follow it officialy so what is the harm in wishing it ? and i already tried and prayed to Almighty Allah to solve our problem bro not 2014 or a new year stay blessed

They alway come up with new answers don't worry i think one day out of the blue we will get the visas .... when your case was put in decision queue ?

Today my Migration Agent received email from them that case is in finalisation stages and in decision queue no outstanding documents required and it will take some time ......... I think SCO is on holidays and they will finalize the cases in January for sure and i think they will properly start working after first week of January so again DELAY

Well bro they have no system !!!!! no criteria !!!! i am following Indian thread their COs are very co operative .... they have better system then AHC here , every applicant know what is going to happen next and COs tell them when they expect their visa but here COs ask you after one year we didn't received clearance of your medical (Arshad's issue) after one year they asked me after notifying me that they received additional documents that they DIDN'T and one month delay happen and don't know how long they will take to make the decision after taking 19 months to clear security checks !!!! Pakistani COs do their best to delay the cases !!!! we really need a good luck to get the visa grant in this system because the way they treat applicants and they way this system is working make no sense at all !!!!!!

Wasalam nothing yar .... i didnt contacted them this Monday will call them tomorrow , I spoke with guy there last Thursday and he told me that they have received many grants and SCO is finalising the cases .... the problem is there is only one SCO who has to make decisions on all the cases in queue so it is taking time ... he told me that i will get decision this week but still no decision :err: lets see what they say tomorrow .. will update you once i get some reply ... good luck

Hiii .... Well when they told you that your case is in finalisation stages ? they sent you email or told you on phone .......... well i sent them documents at the end of October and on November 11th they told me that they have forwarded the case to SCO which means in first week of November and then on Nov 12th i received email case is in finalisation stages .... I spoke with them Yesterday and guy told me they are waiting for the decision it is almost ready and i just have to wait for a while .... if it takes 2 to 3 weeks then i think in next week it will be finalised InshAllah ..... all the fingers and toes crossed i get the positive decision Ameen and wish GPRS good luck too for the positive decision soon dont worry if they said one month they just try to get rid of you when you ask them question it wouldn't take long bro just wait for a while

Well do you have any idea how long it take once case is forwarded to SCO for decision making ??? or anyone another know about it ? according to my knowledge it take 2 to 3 weeks isnt it???
