Bro just give them HAP ID or the receipt lab given you for the medicals ... they are hopeless .... they have given you any reason why they are holding cases ??

Bro i am in contact with them almost once a week , I spoke with them Yesterday and they said my case is with SCO , The file is decision ready they are just waiting for the decision , i asked him how long it will take and he said he can't give me exact time but it will be soon , so really praying hard and hoping will get positive decision soon ....

Well bro ... they have new Govt now which is very strict about the visa process ... I read about it before as well that they will hold the visas for a while because they have to make new policies about all the subclasses , thanks God mine is already with SCO and i hope and wish i get positive decision ... this is really bad for the people who are waiting from last 12 months or so but worst for Arshad ... well as they said apply for visit visa go for it they will might grant it and then this waiting thing can be bit easier if u will be living with your spouse ... but the bad thing about it while you will stay there you can't work ... I hope they will make new policies soon and will grant your 309 visas soon ...

Congratulation for getting closer to PR , well bro when you will be eligible for PR Immigration Dept will send you forms or you will have to apply by yourself , and like my DOL for 309 is April 10th 2012 so i will be eligible for it in April 2014 or it will be considered 2 years after the date of 309 visa grant ???? best of Luck for PR bro ....

Well bro don't worry it means they are now going to make decision on your case , Just provide them whatever they ask , Did they confirmed you before that your medicals are clear ?? or for new PCC if provided one is expired ?? If you did medicals with HAP ID provide them HAP ID or provide receipt and must get confirmation from them they are dumb,try to be in contact with them bro atleast once in a week and try to call them that is the best way because they do not reply to emails so often .... Hiii guys , Sorry for late update my wife was here so i was busy ......... Well Arshad bro same happened to me they are sooooooooooooooooooo stupid ...... I called them on Oct 28th and they said they are waiting for the additional documents from me and send them documents ASAP because they have to finalise the case .. I already sent the additional documents to them in October 2012 last year and my CO confirmed me that she did receive the documents but now she said they didn't received those documents and they sent email to my migration agent twice about it and she didn't updated me and my wife about it what a mess!! so i sent the documents again to them last monday and today i called they said my file is decision ready and case has been forwarded to SCO for decision making last week ...... I am happy now but if my CO was a bit professional and was gonna make some effort to check her old emails which i told her with dates my case was gonna be finalised by now but DAYR AYED DARUST AYED ... Please all sisters and brothers pray for me that i get the positive decision soon best of luck to all of you ....

Congratulation Isra Happy reunion ............ atleast few male applicants are getting visas now,Waseem got it in 18 and half months and you got it also in 18 and half months ....... my 18 months will be completed next month so hope to get some decision next month InshAllah and wish that Arshad get his visa soon as well and we get rid of this situation of consistant pain Ameen

Well bro if they said case has been forwarded for decision making then it wouldn't take long ... 12 months reply is just an automated reply from them to every applicant so don't worry some times they just reply you back with automated reply you can expect the visa grant soon

Well thatz good that our AHC has also shown some professionalism because normally they do not tell you what is happening with our cases , well bro for Male applicants this process is a nightmare ... They do not refuse the case of female applicants if it has been transferred to SCO you will be updated soon thats the last step before grant ........ My case is still in-process

Hiii daredevil welcome to this forum , Have you lodged it in AHC Delhi or Islamabad ?? I am asking this question because in ISB they do not tell you that case has been forwarded to SCO or not ,,,,,,,,,,,,, yeah if it is transferred to SCO then it will be granted soon ... Wish you good luck ...

Its not gonna take that long depend on appointments though , Go there early and on time it takes maximum 30 minutes to take your Chest X-ray , urine and blood samples and just physical exam by doctor ..... If it will be not crowded you will be free within one and half hour maximum ... Take your passport , Medical email printed letter and to avoid inconvenience take passport size snaps as well , If you will HAP ID mentioned on Medical Request Letter they wouldn't ask for pics.

Hiii and i think i will become moderator one day as well :wink: because i am not seeing any chance to get the visa soon ... and Bro i already lodged complaint to global feedback two months ago and in response SCO Sara contacted my wife and said that security checks are in process and once it will be completed she will proceed accordingly and then we contacted her again but she is not replying back to the emails .. Global Feedback Unit and AHC has no authority to speed up the process .. so the complaint made no impact on the case , I called AHC today and asked them about administrative clearances and the reply was this is same bullshit just change of word from departmental to administrative which means security checks are not completed yet :mad:

I sent AHC email last week and got reply from them that ... they are waiting for the administrative clearance and i will get update soon .. now what the heck is this administrative clearance is that same departmental clearance/security checks clearance s**t ??? Any idea guys ????

hmmmmmmmmmmmmm bro just wish to be lucky to get it withing time line ,,, arshad's 18 months , Waseem 17 months and for me 16 months are over already get inspiration from us dont think much about it more you will think more stressed you will be ... when the right time will come they will grant it InshAllah ... I know it is a hard situation for all of us but nothing we can do about it .. AHC has no criteria no time limit and we can't even guess when we can expect it so chill bro

Except PCC you do not provide them any original documents , your nikah nama copy should be attested by notary public and also Passport copy and CNIC copy translated ... the pics or wedding DVD you will provide them once the decision will be made on your case they will return it....

AOA every one , Waseem , ArshadCrow where are you guys ??? any updates or anyone here who is waiting for more then 15 months any update really getting frustrated now thinking of it ,,,,,,,,, called them Yesterday and they tell security checks are still INPROCESS and as 15 months are gone it wouldn't take long now but i know this is just a big "TASALI" and crude oil with Hockey Match Stick is they can't give the exact time for finalization I m really sick of this immigration system :mad: I don't know what they are investigating !!!!
