I sent Form 80 along with initial documents , they have contacted me for additional documents in October 1st , and asked me stupid questions regarding Form 80 like what is the abbreviation for FSC it is soooooooooooooooooo disgusting , these are all the tactics to delay the process bro otherwise by now my case was going to be finalized becoz from last 8 months they could have easily done all the checks......

They do the security checks on Form 80 Bros , becoz on Form 80 u give all the details regarding the jobs or addresses , and when they asked for some explanations regarding Form 80 and i spoke with my CO,she said this is asked by security checks and she will forward this information to agency , so thats confirm that they do security checks on behalf of Form 80, and bro whatever information we give them and more and more we make it clear for them they will still come up with stupid excuses,i submitted each and everything but i am still waiting for the medicals,our whole life depend on their one decision and how they assess all the information we give them but they do not care ,it all depend on luck and how efficient ur SENIOR CASE OFFICER is.......

GPRS and ABI (Star 1) exist on this thread ??? in spreadsheet i have seen , have they lodged there application in ISB AHC ??? i wonder what mistake i did, they asked for form 80 and also for the Medicals in only 2 months and eighteen days to GPRS and ABI got his medicla request in 4 months ???? that is so disgusting !!!!!!!!!!! the people who try to reduce time by sending Form 80 initially they do not send them Medical and the one who didnt sent complete file initially have got the Medicals its ridiculoussssssssssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well yar whatever we do they have to give visa when they want , i submitted all the documents after consulting with one of the best Migration Agent in Aus but still they are keeping it pending , it depend on luck as well , For females it is 6-8 months and for male applicants 10-12 ,whatever we do to reduce time AHC will come up with excuses , so the best policy is to wait ,watch and pray hard

Well i didnt said that to disappoint any one , yes they do have quota of visas to be granted and they reduce the speed in December and at this time of period people apply for the visitor visas to see Australia and they give first priority to that also holidays coming there so High Commission staff from Australia also go to holidays back in Australia , i am waiting from last 8 months and waiting for the Medical from last month i wish that they speed up process everyone want to be with their spouses i was just giving u the fact and imagine after thinking like that if u still get the grant letter how wonderful it would be , i just said they will give less visas i didnt said they will not give it at all so keep up the hope sis InshAllah everything will be perfect

Well Zaf salute to ur patience and i who was wishing and praying that they finalized my case in 8 months now be aware that they are not gonna do it that early , i called few days back and they did nothing on my file so i also can expect that they are gonna take full 12 months with luck well bro its quite a long time for u and after 12 months u can lodge the complaint against them it is ur rite so u should must do it to get them kicked to do it fast otherwise they will take whole more 12 months which really is disgusting

Hiii guys i also called AHC today , First operator transferred the call three times and it didnt go through and i had to cut it off and then 5th time when i spoke rudely to the operator that its my 5th time she transferred to living human being who picked it up and that guy told me nothing new he said ohhh we have sent u additional docs request in October then we received documents from you and your MA also sent email i mean COME ON man i know all this then i asked him when i can expect Medicals he said hopefully soon and he cant give the exact time but if they require any further information they will contact AS SOON AS POSSIBLE(i wish they know the meaning of it)before i was expecting Medicals in first 2 weeks of Dec but now i know they will ask for it next month , every time i speak with any of these AHC people negativity and disappointment creep in

AVAC system is not gonna reduce the time limit because cases will be finalized and all the process will still happen in ISB AHC.

First Business visa , Second Traveler visas third skilled migrants fourth Student visas and then they give priority to Subclass 309/100 and other family sponsored visas and we all can see how much priority they give to us when they do not even bother to reply to our emails for months and do not bother to reply our calls and more over we are HIGH RISK country so for males they drag the case to its full and try there best if some aussie women marry Pakistani to lead their relation to Divorce , it create panic when we are living 1000 miles away from each other and in these hard economic situation u r not able to meet so often in real , i wish they know about the feelings of the couple and try to wrap things up quickly

I sent them Form 80 initially in April , then they come up with stupid questions in October regarding Form 80 then for one month she didnt even bother to open the email my MA sent her so when i spoke with my CO on 17th of November she said she is gonna send this information for Security Checks and they will try to wrap it up as soon as possible ,in additional documents i have already submitted FRC,MRC and Employment status of my wife , , i am gonna wait until 10th of Dec if not then will give her call again to awake her

They first complete security checks then they go for Medicals , so there is no issue of security checks now , they give lowest priority to our subclasses thats why at this time of the year they do not make much decision they will speed up from January again

Bro that was for the guys who applied in Bangkok and then case transferred to ISB , he has applied in ISB AHC so it wouldnt take that long like before

Bro no need to worry about Chrismas Holidays becoz ur case will be finalized far before that , and they are only off for few days in Dec from 24th Until 27th and then two days off for New Year only

You are must be MALE applicant ???, did u applied in ISB AHC or Bangkok and then case transferred to Isb AHC?? If u r male applicant they do take their time but if you had Medicals last month you will definitely get answer in few weeks , After Medicals it some time take one and half month time for decision , so bro just pray and wait InshAllah you will get decision in January first two weeks also please update ur time line in the spreadsheet it will help the other new applicants to access their time line

nope not about Medicals , she gave this explanation to my MA regarding additional documents after one month , we sent documents on 23rd of Oct and she replied today regarding those documents !!!!!!! this all immigration thing is headache!!!!!!!!!

Bro IOM sent the results to Australian Medical Board to verify , and they also save it in their record becoz in future u r going to live in Australia so the way they said that they are waiting to get it from Australia is lie , they send it in just few days and after Medicals its just process of few days , just becoz they have burden of cases now they are giving wrong information to make the applicant satisfy for the delay

AHC is working untill 23rd of DEC and then from 27th until 30th of DEC so guys do not need to worry when the correct time will come you will get your visa ,only the people who will send Medicals in Dec will suffer a bit becoz Australian organization will have long holidays
