Hello guys hows everyone ????? anyone has got any update from AHC today ??? i called them but they said Today is Friday and Partner Visa section do not take calls on Friday , is that true ??? i think website confirms that they do take inquiries from MON-FRI.May be on Friday they do send request emails but Thread is quiet which means no one got any update or email from them

Bro you are lucky that your medicals are done and you can get decision any time in future , i applied in April 12 and still under security checks and also Medical not done ,normally for male applicants they take full 12-14 months to make decision but if u r done with medicals next month or in February u can get the decision,it depend on when u sent them FORM 80,after sending FORM 80 it take 3-4 months to get the security checks done.

Thats not true because after u get the grant email within 3-4 days u get the grant letter via mail with all the submitted documents.

It depend on the decision officer , mostly they reckon Subclass 100 for those who has already spend time together in Australia but in rare cases they take the lodgement date of Subclass 309 and if it is more then two years couple is in relationship they give PR Subclass 100 , so Ali is really lucky atleast he has got the fruit of patience and of long wait being apart from his wife

For the applicants VEVO can only work when the visa is granted and Migration Agents can check status once visa is granted not before that so its of no use of us or our Migration Agents.

Nope bro there is nooo benefit to do it now because i know that they are not gonna send me Medical request before xmas i will contact them on January 2nd or may be my 6th sense is saying that they might have sent me Medical request email today but my Migration Agent is in Australia and we have 6 hours difference so she will check her email tomorrow so may be good news is waiting

Waisay i never regret being male but after lodging the application to AHC i sometimes wish that i was female i mean they are treating us very badly yaar

Decision officer is always Aussie guys so off course he/she will have to go back in her country to celebrate the Xmas so they must got atleast one week before to Australia so if there will no decision office then off course no case is going to be finalized so i think visa grants are gonna come after Xmas which means January because they will start working properly from 2nd of January , so lets pray that u guys get grants in day or two otherwise it will be pending until 2013

If u have already submitted the Medicals and she said that they do not require any documents it means ur case is with SCO for decision and you can get grant anytime in this week or next week its a good sign for u relax and wait you will get ur visa before chrismas holidays InshAllah

ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh baby do not cry you will be soon with your hubby InshAllah i have seen on Indian thread that the visa issuing speed is slow but still people are getting grants so i hope InshAllah it will be same for Pakistani Applicants .

Well first of all it will never take 2 years for any one to make decision but if in case they reject it and u go to MRT and then come back u will still apply for 309 visa , Subclass 100 is for permanent residency so they consider it once we complete the time duration of 2 years living with our spouses in Australia , few migration agents can won the case by adding the DOL of 309 visa and they say that this couple is together for 2 years but i think it can only happen if couple is staying together onshore i dont think offshore applicants can get Subclass 100 this way

InshAllah and Ameen bro becoz MRT really is cruel part of immigration becoz first they will take 12 months here then if they deny we go to MRT which i think now they take 6 months and then again in AHC ISB and they will again take time to make decision according to time line , so i do not wanna think about it but for male applicants there is always a threat of it so i always pray that whatever time they take they can take but give us visa on first attempt so praying hard bro for me and for all of you guys that MAY ALLAH HELP US AND WE GET OUR VISAS IN FIRST ATTEMPT AMEEN

hahahahaha nope i cant stay ON opera house , i will stand beside or infront of Opera House and will have pic , Bro how can we keep ourselves busy when i am getting text three times a day that wife is missing me sooooooooo much well no worries yar at last we will get the visa , for male applicants there is one threat of denial as well so i always think that whatever time they have to take they can take but at last make the decision in our favor becoz going to MRT means one and half year u will have to wait to get together

Well Rees bro u r lucky becoz mine DOL is 10th of April but still i am waiting for the Medicals even i sent Form 80 along with initial documents , there system is headache really , wish u a good luck for positive decision , have they asked u for the interview ????

Well i think Faisi has lodged the application in Dec 2011 and he has lodged DIRECT to ISB thats why it make me worry , i know time can vary from case to case but still it is too long

what is ur DOL brother and have u applied in AHC islamabad ???? and ohhhhh my gosh if they are gonna take that long for me it means i will get Medical in late January or early Feb

Bro before seeing u on this thread i was very positive that my case will be finalized in 9 or 10 months maximum but after meeting u my hopes are down it may vary from case to case but still the looks of it show that they will also drag me to 11 to 12 months :mad:
