  4. well said. There is indeed to much ambiquity and I think it leaves the process of case officer evaluation open to misinterpretation
  5. I guess you should always consider yourselfo lucky if a snake doesnt bite: just like life I hpe no one gets a nasty bite. good luck everyone with your visa, if it takes a snake bite to get one, then I will take a bite anytime lol.
  6. i hope so because I am a MSc Real Estate and an MBA in Business with more prior degree work experience. That is really the issue, it is the level at which your experience was acheived prior to degree as necessary to count towards your points. thankfuly i have worked at diector level for over 12 years. I HOPE !!!!!!!
  7. OK: please share one of each? What? 1.what is the one most negative reaction from a friend and.... 2. the most positive reaction from friend when you have finally broken the news that you are planning to move down under and leave them behind. The most negative reaction we got from a so called friend; was that she simply got up and left the house, saying I cant speak about his just now and informed us its not as good as you think it is out there!!!! This was followed by a phone a call the next day to inform my wife that our 8 year old daughters could no longer play together as she didn't see the point of the friendship continuing because my daughter was leaving to go to Australia and she did not want her daughter to get hurt as a consequence. :arghh: The most positive reaction is that we found out who our real friends are!!!!!!!
  8. Can't believe I just lost 5 minutes of my life reading that!!! You really believe yer hype. I'm quite sure the OP creditors will gently let her pay up:NOT. Is it not time you frequented some better bars. How many times have you heard this or is it fantasy. Again, your on a moral high again judging others as before. Has it always been like that for you: never made any mistakes!!!!!Again I cAnt believe the assumptions about people lifes you make and again assumptions about other peoples financial position. Again, yer assumptions about my finances: I'm perfectly solvent looking forward to being mortgage free in Oz, cause I'm taking my hard earned money, so sad you got that one wrong any other assumptions about my life before I go to bed. I don't think mother Theresa was a bigger saint than you hype yourself up to LMAO.
  9. No sleepless nights for me I am perfectly solvent: mortgage paid off and a healthy bank balance to match. Your a guy that lives life on the edge right enough. I'm just going to call you dan dare LMaO: Anyway you keep up the exciting life you lead. Lets hope you don't do anything as exhilarating as the last story a third time. That's just to much excitement for one night.
  10. I'm baffled by your post/ what calculating do you think I am doing? Are you another numpty who hasn't read the previous posts. Bet you work for a bank lol. Wow that was a big thing you did on yer own booking tickets to go on your own down under. God you know how to live on the edge. What a rush LMAO.my comment are based on sound facts, not assumption. Fact: banks are full of hierarchy. Towers of fraud. Oh the part about one guy: in my career I'm the guy that identified the first hedge swap miss selling in Scotland to small businesses forced into bankruptcy by those big hierachy of the banks you love.No bad for one guy. Looks like it will be bigger than PPI. So thAnks for the compliments, must be doing my job right. Which is levelling the playing field for the millions of ordinary and innocent people who's lives have been affected by the rampant systemic fraud of UK banks and their culture of greed. That's one hierachy I'm proud to tackle any day.
  11. know this lady is what I call a real trouper, putting her family before her own personal anguish. Best of luck kid. Your my top poms in ozzer of the week.
  12. This guy is away I call that a survivor lol
  13. they can sell what they like they are not enforceable in Australia: in fact many of those companies have been warned by oz authorities over misrepresentations claiming authority to chase UK debt in oz. student loans are slightly different nonetheless they can't be forced to be paid in oz.
  14. you are seriously wired in a strange fashion. When did an unpaid debt become theft. It is a civil matter not a criminal matter. We stopped putting debtors in prison over a 100 years ago. Pommie losers, are you on some sort of euginics superior streak, do you really consider yourself better than others: there is no doubt your certainly judgmental of others around you. I would consider going for treatment for a serious doze of narcism. When did the lady or anyone say they were boasting, the posters life's have been destroyed by the events of the economic crisis. Or are u in a safe job, never taken a chance, but relish to judge anyone with the dynamic to have a go. i bet your lovin watching others suffer around you. i wonder how you would cope had economic events not went your way. These people are not fraudsters, they are survivors, or would you prefer they lost any chance of a new start with some form of a chance with what little money they have. The debt is with the husband's business: Any money they have may belong to the wife not the husbands creditors. Which are banks, now they are fraudsters and have been well and truly caught with Libor scandals and PPI for starters. Who should you really be judging, the survivor or the fraudsters based behind every high street UK bank!!!!!!
  15. finally someone with a brain. Cracking post and thanks for wading in with a dose of optimism. Good on you.
  16. your UK credit rating has no impact on your australian credit rating. I believe it can be done from Australia for around £600 each.ps don't let the moral high brigade and their pessimist allies derail you and your husband chance at a second start.
  17. gone yerself BAZ: who is bailing out this family no one: sod the debts let the banks worry about that.
  18. what a lot of shite: when was a civil matter going to be construed as criminal. So, what have they got to lose: 5 years of misery in the UK. There is plenty of work in oz. the UK is heading for 10 years of a 30's style depression. The man can retrain.
  19. Go to oz and start again: your credit rating is destroyed here for another 6 years after bankruptcy. i really felt for you and your husband. Try and take a day at a time it might make it easier to deal with such an emotional turmoil if you take it a not at a time. Good luck
  20. I would send then an email. That's to long for me lol.
  21. All ozzies think uk vans can't cope: they took a bailey all round Australia and it did fine. Got to agree with the post though: would you take a land rover down those track, never mind tow a van
