  1. Please try to think for yourself. Don't regurgitate pre-packaged opinions formulated by the scum at the BBC. They should get their house in order before reporting on the same non stories ad-infinatum. I suppose all Muslims are terrorists to people like you, just as all priests are paedophiles. It's strange how anti Catholic rhetoric doesn't get covered by hate speech laws, or a Catholic can't become Prime Minister of the UK in these great days of equality. The French Revolution, The Mexican Revolution and The Russian Revolution right through to the Ukranian Holocaust were all anti Catholic pograms but, you wouldn't know that because the man on the telly didn't say it was so. Read a book please before spouting hate speech against 1.2 billion people who are members of and support the Catholic Church. Then again, the diversion away from my truthful comments about the BBC were left unanswered because you probably don't have a clue about what I stated. You did deflect away from Aunty Beeb for some strange reason.
  2. Saucer of milk? Well I suppose it's all down to the perception of acceptability. I could add promoting illegal wars, excusing genocide, lack of journalistic integrity, child trafficking and covering up paedophilia. Don't get me started on their Saul Alinsky tactics and promotion of atheistic communism.
  3. The "innocent" figure of which you speak may not have abused children but, he is far from innocent. He is part of the cover-up. He wrote in a book about the tactic of allowing untrue accusations which can be easily disproved to be made. Then you sue the accusers and everyone else will be too scared to step forward. The old by network looks after its own. There should be a police investigation into the BBC, not an internal enquiry. The BBC are pedlars of filth, so nothing surprises me about them.
  4. It gets written off. The scare stories are only for the faint hearted.
  5. Well done! I know what you mean about the speed of AMSA. I had thought that my waiting for the letter was a one off. I'm on my way to Oz to work today. I will spend a few months getting settled in and then move my family down. I am going to the Sunshine Coast to live. Drop me a PM when you move and maybe we can meet up for a barbie.
  6. I have thought about that too. It seems that we must go along with the crowd in order to make savings. If the crowd would switch on to inflation, then the real savings could kick in.
  7. I am bringing my 520D SE. Don't think twice about it. I know that the experts will give you the figures later but, go for it. You do not want to be paying to replace that motor in Oz.
  8. When you use a credit card you are expanding the money supply which adds to inflation. The money is created digitally at the point of sale. You think you are winning but you are not. Don't get me wrong, credit cards are good for travelling and emergencies. They are not good for using on a daily basis in my opinion. Banks may let you pay in full without paying interest but, they are using the cards as a money creation mechanism. http://cowles.econ.yale.edu/conferences/2008/caress4/geanakoplos.pdf
  9. Music, Art and Culture separate us from the animals. It comes from our souls not our bodies.
  10. If you add on the inflationary attack on savings, you are worse off if you use credit cards for everyday use. Credit cards should be thought of as a loan everytime you use it. When banks say that they give you 45 days interest free, it seems like a good deal. It is not a good deal if used like a debit card. You are attacking your savings by using a credit card in such a manner. Its like quantative easing!
  11. I agree 100%. The gift of making something of beauty with your hands is wonderful. It is truly a gift which gives pleasure to others when it comes to something like a guitar. It may not provide something which we need as sustanance like a farmer or a fisherman would but, it what makes us human.
  12. Went for an interview a week ago. I was given a positive response after the interview and told that I would get a 100% answer in two weeks. I was happy with the outcome but, you still worry. I got an email yesterday saying that they want me there early December and will have my 457 ready by then. Australia here I come. Happy Days!
  13. He should get 20 years in jail for that post! The Sacles of Justice would be somewhat tilted however.
  14. I see that all the time. Go into an Indian restaurant and see the discrimination. Apparently Polish workers are better than Irish workers according to employers. I have no feelings on the matter, I'm not that emotional. I advise my children to work hard at school and gain a good education. That is what globalism requires. Getting upset and demanding some draconian legislation, I will leave to others. If I ran my own business I would want the freedom to employ whomever I wished without somebody getting upset. I have read quite a few of your posts and I generally agree with you. I just think that accusations of discrimination are thrown about too easily these days and when the PC police strike, they strike hard with emotion rather than reason.
  15. Hardly. Isn't the whole idea of a 457 visa about employing overseas workers who are in demand? If certain workers are in short supply then I agree with overseas hiring as long as locals are being trained to meet future shortfalls.
  16. Surely you understand what I meant. You should learn about the origins of political correctness before promoting it. You don't have a RIGHT to a reply to your question, regardless of how many question marks you use. It would be more productive to question the discrimination regarding the fact that some people in society get charged 0.5% interest on loans, whilst the poorest pay 1500%.
  17. That's all great stuff. How do you prove it though? Should people be forced to employ Indians in order to prove that they are not evil racists? Discrimination based on race is unjust. Requesting UK applicants is not discrimination, unless you want to discriminate against UK applicants. If there is no victim, there is no crime.
  18. Hi Chachu I have sent you a PM. http://www.amsa.gov.au/Marine_Qualifications/Immigration_Qualification_Assessments/
  19. If you have 60 points and you have a UK passport, then you don't have to do IELTS. If you go for SS, then you will get another 5 points to add on (if you haven't already done so). I only have to do IELTS because of my age (over 40).
  20. I suppose if you express an interest in both visas on Skillselect, the first to respond may be the way to go. I am in a similar situation. I would like to move to Queensland but, I know that my chances of employment will be higher with WA companies. If Queensland sponsor me and I can't find work, I may get in trouble if I accept a job with a company in another state, even if I live in Queensland. Maybe I will try for the 189 first and then try the 190. All this depends on me getting 8 in the IELTS. I suppose I should get it even if it takes two or three attempts.

    HAARP Conspiracies

I laugh at conspiracy theorists. The government will always work in the best interests of the citizenry and all men are equal under the law. We had WW2 and now there are no more bad guys left in the world. If in doubt, the man on the telly will put you at ease. Bad things only happened when we had black and white films.
  22. Anyone who is worried about the potential fallout from an independent Scotland should relax. There will not be any great changes. It will merely simplify Scottish governance. Instead of Westminster rubber stamping the dictat of Brussels and passing the orders onto Scotland for rubber stamping, Scotland will be able to receive its orders directly from Brussels for rubber stamping. What about defence? Nothing will change here either. The British defence capability will still be shrunk to nothing as Cameron has signed a 50 year defence pact with France who will be contracted to defend the UK. Scotland will now service UK and French submarines. I have no doubt that the poppy cultivation will continue as normal as the banks rely on the profits from such noble enterprises. Scotland will still merely be a region of the EU as always, it will just be more open and transparent about the fact, although I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for a full audit of EU accounts. England will continue to be a region of the EU superstate as normal. As for free Uni and prescriptions, the moaning from England will continue unabated. It's probably easier to deny the people of Scotland something real for their tax money than to hold English MP's to account or start a campaign of action. OK, a campaign of action would largely be ignored but, it would give the people of England a better idea about who to complain to when they come to terms with the fact that politicians don't give a damn about the UK, let alone their own personal grievances.
