  2. Put thats its a break lease and direct phone to agents , we actualy did the open viewing as and when they wanted to see it , within reason of course . Got them through the door quicker than the agents did all the best !!

Yes I mentioned the price of hair thinking of the time and patience involved in a sitting .just shocked me at first... especially as kids don't eat half of it !

  10. Home is where the heart is .. all the best for your future home xx
  11. We rented for two years before we bought and lived in three different suburbs . I wouldn't change that at all .. its all so different from one area to another ! Make the right choice its not just a couple of grand here to sell if you get it wrong, it can head up $ thousands + and can be a costly mistake if your not happy ..
  12. We rented three properties with a dog .. you have to remind yourself that what you would rent maybe would not be your choice to buy , you do what you have to get a rental with fur baby .... we paid dog bond twice and extra on the rent on another house.also they really want to know age and breed, they probably wouldn't want a puppy in a rental .. toilet training and chewing damage etc

  18. I always freeze extras for my oh to take work for his meal , like curry's and chilli slow cooker stews etc or like tomorrow a lazy night i just cook fresh rice/pasta and pull out a home cooked from the freezer .
  19. Ok , one of my favourites , Get a large baking tray and chop up roughly , courgettes , onions ( red works for me ) mushrooms , peppers any red , green , yellow etc , sweetcorn ( baby optional ) , Aubergines , snap peas , Get equal ammounts of balsamic vinegar and olive oil and some fresh or dried herbs , salt and pepper drizzle over and bake in the oven until crispy and caremalized or as you would like them ..bake on about 180 ' for 40 mins less or more to your taste ! Cook some pasta , drain mix with passata sauce or chopped tinned tomatoes .. mix in med veggies stir through .. serve with crusty bread and butter .. You can use this with or without a meat side or even add meatballs
  20. Chicken nuggets and chips ....
  21. Lol .. we aim to please  It will all fall into place i'm sure Good luck with it all ..
  22. Just a thought on food prices here in WA , i have been told a long time ago that the shops charge differently in different areas .. ie Maybe your shopping would cost more at a woolworths in Subiaco for instance compared to a subburb a bit further out .. i do wonder if thats true . Unfortunatly here in Wait a While we don't have the choices of shops that over East do , but after getting used to it i save all the flyers ( which in the uk i binned asap ) and do buy the specials at certain shops .. fill up the freezer and i also use the Spudshed It's very hard for some people to shop around and for some they don't want to even have the hassle .. re work/ family etc maybe the longer opening hours may help as well .
