Hi, I read that you went with vetassess for electrician (special class). I'm doing the same and could do with some tips. Did you get an interview or practical test for example?

2. Congratulations Candygirl made up for you
3. If your case is uncomplicated I'd do it yourself. If I knew then what I know now we would have done it alone instead of paying thousands to an agent.
4. Hi, Could anyone provide us with any information what kind of questions are asked in the technical interview? Going down Vetassess route and really need help? Any help really appreciated. We've been wrongly advised in relation to asessing authority which has already delayed us 3 months now. Too gutted to into the details now but this is route we have to go through now and it was over 20 years ago now that my husband was in college.
5. I would like to know this too! I haven't been able to work it out either.
6. Wow ours is due to be submitted by our agent any day now.. I guess we're in for a long wait then!
7. Hi, I wasn't sure whether to post this here or on pets but here goes. We're hoping to move to Perth next year, we decided in January that it's now or never however we have a 2 year old labradoodle that I adore and at first we decided if we were making the move he would defiantly be coming with us. I am starting to have concerns now whether or not we should take him and the only reason why is that we will have to rent at first and wonder would we struggle to find one with a large dog? I would also want him to live indoors with us not outside. Has anyone moved over there with a dog and struggled to find rentals?
8. From what I can see on diac website only visa for family sponsorship is 489 and it's not permanent you still have to to then do the pathway to permanent. I don't know about you but I'd rather have the security of permanent residancy straight off especially as we'll be selling the house.
9. We have 65 points if skills assessment is successful but if we go for 189 it all depend if we got invite in the next 12 months my sister lives in canberra and could sponsor us but I think that family sponsored takes a lot longer but if family sponsor not sure how it works if your occupation isn't on the state list.
10. I hope so really worried now as time isn't on our side
11. My dog had his vacine a couple of week ago. Blood tests on Monday. The pet shipping company that we are using sort a lot of it out for us. The dog also has to be microchipped and up to date on vaccinations (the vacination needs to be without something called lepto)they can't travel for about six months I think from the initial blood tests. You also have to get an import permit from Canberra and also book pets into quarantine in advance eg Perth has about 4 months waiting time at the moment. This is just to give you an idea I am sure there are lots of other things and I'm only just starting this process myself but hope it helps.
12. I couldn't believe it when I saw how many were taken off the list hopefully it's just a monthly quota with skill select. Fingers crossed and good look to you too.
13. Hi wonder if anyone can set our minds at rest? We sent skills assessment paperwork off recently for electrician special class and now it's been taken off list for WA. Does that mean it may never go back on or could this just be temporary? We need to ensure that we get visa before July 2013 otherwise we won't have enough points due to ten point drop because of age
14. I like Australia by the Manic Street Preachers too
