rebrol Posted May 25, 2011 Share Posted May 25, 2011 Most double storey houses cost over $230000 and it doesn't necessarily include all the finishes. What are you hoping the $200000 will buy you? If it is a complete finished product I think you may find it very difficult. We have just given up on building a house because we could not find a 2 storey under $239000 and that was with Complete New Homes but with fairly basic finishes.
