I have just looked io the website to add the documents electronicly and it has asked for visa details which I have and then a password. I don,t ever remember using or having a password. Has anybody else come accross this. The whole thing just confusses me. We did not apply online we used paper application. Thanks for any replies and help . Just wanting to get it all sorted now. DIAC havent any provision to reset the password because they dont have a password storing system.the only option to upload the documents is send email to adelaide.gsm.documents@immi.gov.au Congrats on your new baby by the way!!!
