Guest MaybeOz
Hi Are you in the UK or Aus? As I understand it, Aus is a little behind in its complex needs education - especially where Dyslexia is concerned. May I ask how you know your child has Dyslexia, has he been formally tested? Here is a link which might be useful http://www.understandingdyslexia.co.uk/content/UnderstandingDyslexia.pdf If I can help any further let me know. rebrol
If you are in the UK you can get advice from Dyslexia Action - www.dyslexiaaction.org.uk and if you in Oz you can check out my website www.dyslexia-nsw.com.au There are a number of different things you can do to help your son - but it does depend on his learning profile - has he been formally diagnosed? If he has do you have a report with recommendations on?
