you just have to let the heat in, no aircon ever!!! windows down in the car, fan on in the house, spend lots of time outside in the shade.

don't be afraid to sweat is another thing, also when working sweat and wear clothes as the wet clothes draw heat from your body (afterall thats why we sweat).

Not on such a personal level Kat..... having endured temperatures of between 35 - 46 in Karratha WA for 5 years... this is what I swear by.

I buy mine in Thailand have drawers of the stuff around $6 and its wonderful for everything, you can always find it on ebay.

 

Well worth ordering some , its menthol and very cooling.
