Just wanna add to my original post for everyone else that l am no expert, l was just doing some hunting for myself on behalf of another family member. l had spoken with our agent a month or two back and completely forgotten what he had said and was too embarassed to phone him again and probably waste his time :embarrassed::unsure:

Hi Lyn,

Just reading up info on AQFIII, as my husband will be applying for his in Occtober when the S.Trowel are back in the Uk & I found your post, I noticed that you used to live in Hertfordshire, the same as us! We are hoping to move to the Sunshine Coast area (although still researching) Be great to hear from you, mayby you could let me know which agent you used, if they were local?

Kind Regards,

Kelly
