Enjoy Itsa day trip FI 8am while 430 bit short of time for all them places unless we hire a copter. No builders paint the inside walls unless you ask ,then they hit you for about 5 grand, you dont get floorings , blinds etc its on top ,the homestart guy will have told you they do but thats because keystart stipulate this , the standard stuff is well in aword crap so you upgrade to something better , everthing else is painted doors all the exterior even the roof ,odd. Its like a house we liked $194 k , but the display spec ( showhouse) was 258k , alot go for the display spec as in the advert you get what it says on the tin lol

We still weighing it all up, never had the guy round as not sure what we want to do yet. Much cheaper to build do you think? What you mean a day trip, is he in Oz already??
