Hi Andrew, we have changed estate agents now, and had a viewing a few weeks ago. We are going to validate in June so this will take the pressure off us selling. We have decided to revamp kitchen, as my brother is a kitchen fitter so we can do it quite reasonably, then we might hold out until the market starts to move again, and hopefully get a better price for the house.
