I thought it could help people just starting out looking for agents. I would start but havent yet choosen mine! He has steered us through what was a challenging time when Oz changed their processes back in March 09, he responds to all queries really quickly, normally within 12-24 hours and just has such a degree of expertise, that nothing seems to be a block. Before contacting George, I had been told by two other agents I didn't qualify and to give up the dream! Our visa was approved 7 and 1/2 months from signing with them. Completely held our hand through the process and excellent to communicate with, if rang and they werent available they rang back within the hour. Would definately recommend. Guest threespire Posted September 15, 2009 Share Posted September 15, 2009 We've used Peter Chiam at www.ptlabs.com.au. He's a migration agent specialising in IT cases and the ACS assesment. We had tight time lines due to hubs age (34 at time) and losing points when he hit 35, and Peter was great at getting everything done efficiently for us. Emails always replied to same day (bizarrely at times you would expect them to be asleep in Oz - but I think he never sleeps !!) and always answered all questions fully and promptly.
