How do you gage it though because the second family seemed really keen. Asking loads of questions and really looking into every nook and cranny and they nothing! The amount of people we have had who seem to really like it and gave us the impression they going to put an offer in is unreal:arghh: they tell you what you want to hear then you get all worked up then let down the following day when the Ea gets in touch with them..
