    Sorry for late reply - not been on for a while. I grew up on Somerset rd off lord lane, my hubby and I lived on failsworth rd (rd to woodhouses) before we moved over here. ​how about you?

    Hi! I've been teaching in qld on the sunnie coast for the past 3 years and have been lucky enough to have had 3, 12 months casual contracts at my daughters school which I love! Iam still undecided on the whole country service as my husband would probably find it difficult to find work in remote areas so I guess I feel I have no job security as only casual - just wondering how other people are finding teaching in oz and whether other states are different. We love the sunnie coast but I'm beginning to feel I may look elsewhere for job security. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

    <p>HI YEH The kids both go to Mountain creek school they are opposite each other we live on the GLENFIELDS ESTATE at the end Waterbury park ITS LOVELY, SO GLAD you got jobs be lovely to meet up for a coffee some time soon , call in and see Mark at work they dont mind , he would get a shock lol he often asks what your both up too , keep in touch or call round to see us anytime ok xxx</p>

    <p>Aw...Mountain Creek is lovely do the kids go to mountain creek school? We're living about 3 mins from the audi, on an estate called kawana forest. Loving it so far Craig's just been offered a job so starts in 2 weeks. I'm still waiting for my registration number to teach i've been waiting since july so a tad fed up now. Keep us posted x x</p>

    <p>Hi Andy! Thanks for message, I'm a primary teacher and craig's a retail manager. Craig's had a few interviews but I'm just waiting for my reg number from qld ed they take ages but fingers crossed I'll get it soon. Are the kids enjoying the hols? x x</p>

    <p>Hi Andy, I'm going in to see the headmaster next week to look around the school. Got a very friendly reply from the email I sent. Read in the newspaper that the school got great results this year. So far we're loving every minute here - just need jobs so we can stay! Keep intouch! Jo x</p>
