I need to speak to someone urgently about applying for a visa to stay in Australia, I need to speak to someone on the gold coast Daughter  (citizen) son in law  (awaiting citizenship ceremony)

Wife  currently on bridging visa for temp to permanent parent contributory

Paul  currently on 651 spending 3 months here and 1 month in the U.K., has been doing this for 1 year, trying to get a more permanent path for him, applied for the 651 tourist to give 6 months, says finalised on the immi account but we have received no notifications from them, told something different every time you ring

Think that the 3/5 year parent will be the best move , daughter applied to be his sponsor but was turned down on income, son in law  earns enough but his wasn’t taken into account, on Paul’s last trip he was questioned in Manchester, Doha and Adelaide about his intentions and told he was abusing the tourist visa ( he has been only 1 year doing this) we are trying to do the right thing and would appreciate any help, advice and fees charged please

I'm having some trouble understanding who's who in your post.  Can I confirm this is what you mean:

The wife held a temporary parent visa and has applied for the permanent visa, so she's now on a bridging visa.

Husband Paul applied separately for a 3/5 year parent visa before, but got turned down.   He's been coming and going on a tourist visa but his luck is running out.

The obvious question is, why didn't the two of you make a joint application for the temp parent visa?

It sounds as though you've been badly advised in the past.   Are you aware that most reputable migration agents will give you an initial consultation free of charge?  I'd say that would be an important first step to take.
