Caps23
Can anyone tell me if 457 visa is cancelled due to 60 days time limit has been crossed. And after that does it activates my 190 bridging or not?
wrussell
If a visa is cancelled then any associated bridging visa is also cancelled. It might pay you to consult a registered migration agent for advice about strategy.
Caps23
Ok then what is my option @wrusssell. To find new employer is the only option for me or anything else? Please suguest. And the nomination should be transferred by that time or its Ok if we apply for it?
wrussell
You really need to put the full facts of your case to a registered migration agent for a considered professional assessment. All the RMAs who post on this forum are ok.

If you do not find a new employer, your 457 will be cancelled and you will have to leave the country.
MaggieMay24
Have you already applied for your 190 visa or are you still waiting for an invitation? If your 457 is cancelled, DHA will first contact you (if you're in Australia) to notify you of the intent to cancel the visa and give you a chance to respond. If you've got a 190 application submitted, I've heard of people in the past who were able to ask DHA to wait on cancelling the 457 until the 190 is first processed. Sometimes this is sufficient and they will hold off cancelling the 457 but you are still bound by its conditions which means you cannot work for anyone who hasn't nominated you so you may find it a difficult financial situation. Caps23
Thanks @MaggieMay24 for your reply. I already have applied for 190 and got the bridging visa. And it's rearly close coz it's already been 7 months and months hoping my file to open this week or next week if everything goes well.
