Hi,

we are in the process of applying 485 PSW visa, our student visa still valid till 18/03/2019.

So if we get bridging visa can my dependent work full time on bridging visa?

A bridging visa won’t become active until your current visa expires so in March. As above it should allow you to stay under your current conditions. Some visa applications do allow you get full work rights but yours isn’t one of them. You may be able to apply for working rights if you can prove hardship. You will need to investigate this to see if it is possible.

You will have same restriction as your student visa. Saying that if you have already finished your course you can work full time.
