ali
We didn't tip but left them tea, coffee and biscuits.
calNgary
You don't have too, if you are providing them with plenty of food and drinks i would say thats fine. Its really a personal choice. Cal x

unzippy
Ours rocked up with their own tea/milk/sugar/mugs/kettle!
rammygirl
Yup they often bring their own supplies as yours will be packed. Ours had mugs, kettle and food supplies and accepted only water refusing biscuits even. I honestly think tipping is out of hand sometimes. If You are paying them a fair rate no need for it. I dislike America for that, I wish they would simply pay better wages so no need to supplement. In US restaurants now the even present the bill with tip options of 15,20 and 25%. 25% really! And I don’t dine in Michelin starred restaurants, this is casual dining. i like that tipping is not the norm in Australia, allowing me to reward superb service rather than feel obliged. Don’t get me wrong I do tip if I get great service, but I expect good service and here in Australia people are generally paid well and give good service. KirstyLP
This is totally a personal choice the same as most similar services in the UK, tipping is never expected and should absolutely not affect the level of service provided to you by your crew.
