It said 3 weeks to process but we sent it off on Monday and got the passport on the Thursday! So you may get to submit sooner than you think. Good luck. Also there are no hard n fast rules with invites from NSW they can pretty much invite who they want? It's unfortunate but that's their system and nobody really knows how they choose candidates.
