blossom
http://www.abs.gov.au/AUSSTATS/ABS@.NSF/Product+Lookup/C1300C2E62EC6720CA2571E2008355EB?opendocument Have a look at that link. Takeaway worker is not counted as skilled as a cook or chef. Then have a look through the other rsms timeline. You will need to go back quite a way, but there are a few people who were turned down about a year or so ago as they worked in take aways. Is your agent MARA registered? They should never have let you get as far as applying. I have never heard of Silverman solutions. I'd be surprised if they are affiliated with immigration. To be honest it sounds like someone has conned you. Even if you had a skills assessment from trades recognition Australia who are the assessing body for cooks and chefs, you would still be turned down for that visa. blossom
Hi blossom79 But my workplace can't b run without two full time cooks this what the assesment says and Silverman solution are affiliated with immi then what's the point of having positive assessment Wyane, where did you find this Silverman solutions? Rmoment
hi everybody, can anyone help me? I lodged my 187 application in April 2013 at perth, and I have been assign to a co in june, she asked me to provided additional document, then after I provided she resigned. The new co take my case in August and also ask me provided additional document and I provided in Sep. After I provided i have consulted many agent when the case could be finalised after provide additional document, they all said it would be soon and wont be longer than 2 months, however till December 2013 i received a letter from my current co and she suspect me have provided the "false and misleading info" and would like to refuse my application but still want give me a chance to explain. And her suspicion is "the relationship between me and my girlfriend"(coz my girlfriend is now overseas). This suspicion is totally wrong because I am keep the relationship with my girlfriend all the way! Then I replied she on 10 Jan 2014. Till now, im still waiting for the final answer. In this situation, could anybody tell me when could my co could be finalise my case coz this application have let me waiting for almost one year! by the way, my occupation is marketing spcialist time line: 23/04/2013: nomination&visa application lodged mid 06 2013: previously co ask additional document 27/08/2013: current co ask provide additional document 24/12/2013: current ask to explain her suspicion 10/01/2014:lodge the explanation

You have to be living as a defacto couple, sharing everything as if you were a married couple. If she isn't even in the same country (unless it's just a short holiday) how can they believe you are practically man and wife? You have to ge able to prove you have shared everything and lived together for at least a year for a pr visa.
Rmoment
My gf were stay with me in Australia before she went back, she was an international student in sydney. And we have been together for more than 3 years, we lived together and also have a common account number. Before she went back, we have some misunderstood and a small "fight", she then locked her in the toilet and I'm afraid if she would did stupid deeds so I called the police, police saw we both have some scratches and would like to investigated it. After then she received an "AVO" from police( AVO is not a criminal record, like speeding ticket) she then back her country for an internship at the end March 2013( the "fighting" thing happened at mid March 2013). We did not thought this visa could be sooo long so her visa expired in August 2013, she was trying get back last year in Dec. she was applied the tourist visa but still have no answer till today( we thought it must because of the 187 visa) So I have no idea if this 187 application will grant or not and how long should I still waiting for!
